This is the WORST experience ever. Comprehensive exam was done without my approval-couldn't see for hours. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They ordered the wrong contacts and when I went to pick them up, they handed them to me through the door. I am filing a complaint with my insurance. This facility needs to be closed down. They are exercising COVID protocols is 2024 but have outdated and stained cloth furniture!!! This facility looks like it is out of the 70s and the customer service is naut as outdated

My family has been going to Dr. Levinson for over 15 years. We have tried other, nation-wide/large chains for our glasses and contacts, but found their services subpar (both in what they offer and their manner of handling patients). The staff and Dr. Levinson have never been anything but pleasant and helpful. I have particularly bad sight, so getting glasses with the right prescription and fit are so important just for daily living. I have never been let down here. All the equipment and testing methods are modern and extensive (super cool to see all the new machines). Dr. Levinson is friendly and helpful and never fails to ease fears by explaining all the tests, going through what the results show, and fielding all questions or concerns. It is a small place, tucked away across from a strip mall, but it does not lack in quality or care. Edit 11.14.2022 (about 5 years since my first review): It's been a while since my last appointment due to the pandemic, but I wanted to do an "update." Dr. Levinson is still an excellent, friendly doctor and still has wonderful and helpful staff! Covid has not put a damper at all on the great care and service. They are taking great precautions to ensure everyone's safety and health and still got me in at a great time with convenient scheduling that ensured the office wasn't crowded. The whole appointment was just as easy and efficient, but at no point did I feel rushed or like they were trying to get me out the door. It's really nice to be valued as a client and customer even as things seem to get more difficult with Covid still going on. Doctor still takes the time to go helpfully explain all the eye test results and fields questions or concerns. As long as Dr. Levinson is in practice, I'll be getting eye exams and glasses from them.

Excellent care for your eyes. That is very important to me. Dont care if the office is modern or not, its very clean and organized. going there for years. The staff is always friendly. The doctor always invest in the latest equipment for eye care. Bottom line....if you are looking for great eye care, good customer service, clean office, proper & the latest equipment THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. But If you are looking for an office that has modern furniture, thousands of frames to choose from, bad customer service and not so good eye care this is NOT the place for you.

Done with this outdated unprofessional establishment. They're hardly ever open and only 9 to noon on Saturdays, so you have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I had one today at 9:30am. I get there in the pouring rain and they've got a sign on the door saying they are closed until Monday! Really? You knew you had appointments scheduled, you should have called and let patients know! Not to mention the ridiculous extra charges. I've been wearing contacts for years, the same brand, and yet I was told I had to pay for a contact lens 'fitting' in addition to the cost of the contacts. For what? Tomfoolery at its finest and I'm now looking for a new eye doctor.

The best care! Drs like this are extremely hard to find! I've been "seeing" (lol) Dr. Levinson for approximately 22 years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and simply the best.They provide attentive care with a smile. Love them!

I went for a routine visit after an extended period of using cheaters for reading from a major retailer. Dr. Levinson advised me of a possibility of having Horner's syndrome and recommended an Ophthalmologist to confirm his suspicions. He was correct on his diagnosis and I am now undergoing treatment. You can't get this care from a big box eye doctor! Thanks Doc

Doctor Levinson is the best. He listens, knows the science and I respect his opinion. I have referred many friends and family to him.

Being going here for years love the service always have been very professional and I come out every year with a nice pair of glasses 5 stars excellent staff
