Marion Eye Clinic

Short exam compared to the second opinion I got elsewhere. Also never asked if when the last time I had been dilated. Not much difference of the two exams got from two different places. But the one that isn't Marion is a better, crisper view compared. Also Marion claimed they couldn't give me my pupil distance due to an IL law. When in reality they just didn't want me to go elsewhere. Well I still went elsewhere, am still ordering my glasses online and will no longer be giving them my business. The other exam I got was more thorough and cheaper.

Unbelievable!!! Had my eye exam 3 weeks ago!!!! They told me 2 weeks... one of there machines broke down.. ok I get that stuff happens.. but then they also quoted me Wednesday and if that day then thursday.. it's now Friday and still no action is being processed... I need my glasses

The staff is courteous and professional, the wait time was just about nonexistent and Dr. Montgomery was patient and explained everything to me and ensured I knew how to take care of my eyes going forward. Great experience; I can't praise the place enough!

I am very pleased with the care that I received at this Clinic. Dr. Raddatz was thorough explained diagnosis and treatment plans well. The office staff were also very helpful and kind answering any questions I had and setting up follow up appointments. I will return there for any eye concerns I have in the future. I have visited this clinic and the one in Salem and they both are wonderful.

Something is seriously wrong with you all. If a patient asks for a previous prescription number you are supposed to give it to them. if you wont let my husband get new contacts then freaking give me the old prescription so I can get him some undamaged old ones. Nut cases. He can't see! You all are very unprofessional and rude. What do you do when people come in with damaged contacts? Make them suffer? No one informed us that we had to redo the whole glasses fitting and pay for all that again just for his contacts. He can't even drive at night. I'm so angry. He was looking forward to seeing and now he has to wait for 2 1/2 months before he can see again. Thanks.

Great customer service. Dr Raddatz is a top notch doctor. She's great with kids and elderly people alike. The office staff are competent and are great at helping navigate insurance.

The doctor was very friendly and helpful as were all the employees. Excellent experience! (Could use a wider selection of glasses but I still found ones that I liked.)

The employees are friendly and professional. The doctor is super nice and works well with children! Absolutely the only place we will be going from now on for our eye care!
