Multack Eye Care

As a previous professional who spent 25 years in the optical industry I do know a good doctor when I see one. When I pulled into the parking lot there was ample parking, it was well lit, and in good shape. When I walked into the building I was greeted immediately by a staff member who asked me to please step over to a different desk to check in. When I went over to that desk both the ladies Debbie and Erin C were smiling and very friendly. I did state that I needed to be out by a certain time and they checked with the doctors technician and they said that they would do the best that they could. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was called back by the technician for the pre-testing. She was very friendly and explained everything that she was going to do, so I was well aware of what was going on. I did tell her that I was in the industry in the past so she felt very comfortable talking to me about what she was going to do. After she was done she had me go back into the waiting area for the doctor's technician. At that point I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called back for additional testing and to be seen by the doctor. The doctors technician it was again very friendly, and very knowledgeable. She did thorough testing on me and made me feel very confident in her results that she was about to give to the doctor. When the doctor came in she was smiling she shook my hand, and introduced herself. I told her that I was an Old pro in the field and she said that made her feel very comfortable to discuss everything with me in regular technician terms. When she started to do her exam she explained everything that she was going to do she did an intense check on the inside of my eyes, she looked with specialized machinery to make sure that everything looked good prior to doing the Goldman tonometry test. What that test does is to actually test the pressure of the eye to check for glaucoma. She came up with a reading similar to what my optometrist 3 weeks prior. At that point she gave me what my options were. I could go on medication, she would look into potential surgery for me along with staying on medication and made me feel very comfortable. She also stated that she wanted me to come back for a specialized test that they do to check for eye health. I felt very confident when she said she wanted to have that test performed. She also stated that she wanted to see me back in 2 months once I had been on the medication for a while and that we would discuss potential surgery at that point. This doctor and the practice was recommended to me by another professional in the field who also happened to be a good friend of mine. She has been in the field for 40 years so I take her advice very highly. I honestly wish that I had come to this practice first rather than go to a different one that made me very leery and uncomfortable with the procedures that that practice did. I highly, highly, highly recommend this office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel very secure in what their diagnosis is regarding your eyes. My wife and I have been attending this eye care clinic for our annual eye exams and prescriptions for the second consecutive year. The service is excellent, and we thoroughly appreciate our interactions with Dr. Gilbertson. Dr. Gilbertson takes the time to explain everything to us and answers all our questions. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. There's even a small corner for little ones to play. Staff thinks to explain what they're going to do before they work with you. I definitely feel heard; doctors are collaborative with the patient and each other.

Dr. Multack is the best of the best. The epitome of professionalism, care and concern. His office staff is extremely accommodating, and helpful. Sam and his staff exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend his services.

Latest appointment was pleasant as usual. Reception people were great, assistant was very nice and knowledgeable. And doctor was thorough and let me know what he looks for and what to expect. A no stress appointment.

Anybody that is a patient of Dr.marneris should think long and hard about being a patient of his. You give him a bad review or have a discussion with him about leaving you waiting for hours at a time for appointments. He then unscheduled surgery but does not let the patient know he has done this. The staff at multack are amazing.dr marneris is the only one that has a dereliction of treating the patients well. Once again, if you are a patient of this doctor, you will be waiting a long long time to be seen every appointment. And he does not care.
