Horrible experience Ihad to take my glasses back because she didn't do a thorough eye exam 3 weeks later with no glasses and no update after numerous calls with no answer and no returning my calls I had to have my son call because its a number she wasn't familiar with she told him glasses are on back order and she would call me which she never did and I'm still waiting on glasses that I paid $380.00

Never calls back and if she does this could be weeks before you get the call. I don't think she does a thorough exam. I have had nothing but problems. I have a pre exciting problem and she didn't do the extra test to check on it
