Pearle Vision

Was a very pleasant experience. Took a bit of time to get it all going, but once the process started things seem to go as expected. Greatly appreciated the staff working with me to understand my new eye care insurance. Did have an issue with them taking my eyes in and out of focus to check my prescription. It was giving me a headache and really stressed my eyes for the rest of the day

I have been wearing glasses for several years and could never seem to find the perfect frames. Linda at Geneva, IL Pearle Vision was the best! She spent time helping me pick out and try on several pairs until we had it narrowed down to just a few. Picked up my new glasses today (clear and sunglasses) and I couldn't be happier. They came in much sooner than I had expedited (about a week and a half). Pearle Vision is my absolute go to place going forward!

Everybody here is just amazing! Dr. Tweed is the best eye Dr. I have ever been to; I always leave here knowing exactly the condition of my eyes and he takes the time to make sure you get the perfect prescription. I've been wearing glasses since I was six -- now sixty, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. Pearle Vision in Geneva isn't about flash; it's about care, precision, and people who genuinely listen. Dr. Tweed and the technical team were fantastic. Frame shopping usually stresses me out, but Meredith and Jamica made it fun and easy. They matched my style and energy, helped me pick great frames and sunglasses, and made sure every measurement was exact. When my glasses arrived, they looked amazing -- and the prescription was perfect, right down to the placement of the magnified areas. Pearle Vision turned a typically blah, anxious process into something enjoyable and empowering. Huge thanks to the whole team. I'll be recommending Pearle Vision Geneva to everyone I know -- you've earned a lifelong customer.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Michael Tweed ( Pearle Vision-Geneva) since we moved to the area in 2006 and we couldn't be happier. He and his staff are friendly, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Linda, the office manager, is always on top of things, personable, organized and is the glue that keeps things running smoothly. I highly recommend them for anyone's optometrist needs.

I've been coming here since I was a kid I've bought probably 10+ pairs of glasses by now. Every time I come in I'm provided help by everyone and opinions on what looks and fits right. Every pair of glasses I've had have been perfect before walking out the door. There hasn't been one time I haven't received a discount on a pair of glasses, it's crazy to me how kind and helpful the entire staff is especially Jamica she's provided so many perfect pairs of glasses for me.

I recently had an eye exam at Pearle Vision and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Dr. Michael Tweed conducted the exam and provided me with a new prescription for glasses. However, when I received my new glasses, I found that I couldn't read license plates or signs, and overall my vision seemed worse than before. Despite Dr. Tweed's assurance that it would take time for my eyes to adjust, I struggled with my vision both at work and while driving. I gave it a full two-week adjustment period, but my vision did not improve, and in fact, I found that my old glasses worked better than the new ones. When I returned to the store to discuss the issue, the glasses were promptly returned, but my request for a refund on the eye exam was declined. As a result, I now have to pay out of pocket for another eye exam elsewhere, as Dr. Tweed's prescription did not resolve my vision problems. On a positive note, I want to commend the two sales staff, Tanya and Meredith, who were exceptionally understanding and helpful throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness were much appreciated. However, Dr. Tweed's bedside manner was lacking, as he seemed unapproachable when I raised concerns about my prescription. Overall, while the customer service from Tanya and Meredith was excellent, the experience with Dr. Tweed and the effectiveness of the new prescription were significant letdowns. I hope Pearle Vision takes this feedback into consideration to improve their services.
