Dr. Montalbano and her right hand, Sventna, are truly exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine care set them apart. I greatly appreciate the personal touch and the time they dedicate to each patient; it never goes unnoticed. The entire office has a welcoming, client-focused atmosphere that makes every visit a great experience. An outstanding place for comprehensive eye care. Highly recommend to anyone in the Greater Chicagoland area and Fox Valley!

Dr. Montalbano is one of the best doctors around. Not only is she a top notch expert, she is passionate about what she does and you can feel it when you're in the room with her. Her bedside manner is light-hearted and kind. My 8 year old daughter had a small procedure done there today, and Dr. M was so patient with her and kept her calm the whole time. I am full of gratitude for how she treated her. She's the best!

I had a fantastic experience at Valley Vision center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and very organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Montalbano took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my eye health. The exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed. They also had a great selection of glasses and contacts, and the team helped me find the perfect fit!

Amazing service every time. I've had multiple times when I get an eye infection and they're always able to get me in right away. I also find it very helpful that they text you with reminders and time of your appointment. Would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I went to this Doctor for the first time to get a second opinion and will be going back. Everyone at the facility was very helpful and friendly. The Doctor and staff really care about their patients and take their time to listen and help. I would recommend coming here for any exams you may need.

I had a nice experience with my annual eye exam. The woman who took all the pre-measurements ahead of seeing Dr. M was kind and of good humor. I would recommend this Dr. office.

I love valley vision! I have been going here a few times now and each time has been amazing. I will say on my last visit, I was not asked if I wanted to get an eye image done when normally I am, and one was taken which I was charged for (I paid because again, the service was done so not much to do about it then!). I am not sure if the staff was new and did not know to ask patients if they wanted this service done or not, but normally I am asked and can decline with no pressure as it is a fee I don't have funds for as a college student. So make sure to double check if you do not want this service done as I did not!!! Dr. Montalbano has been amazing at explaining to me about what has been going on with my eyes, and she really helped me fine a great brand of eye drops to help my itchy eyes Also, Dr. Montalbanos' sweet pup was in and made my experience a million times more amazing.
