Rose Optical

Rose Optical sealed their 5 start rating from me today, when once again, I misconfigured my spectacles in a bad way. They wouldn't stay on me dome. Without hesitation, The Frame Motivator took my glasses in the back room (twice) and everything was good after that. The icing on the cake was when The Guru said "We're here for you anytime!!" I abuse my glasses enough to test the validity and varsity of that statement. Another honorable mention are the Nike with Flaxon frame. Very $$ but I'm hard on equipment.

In the past, I've gone to the big chain places to get my glasses. Recently, though, I have decided to support more local businesses, so I went to Rose Optical for a pair of glasses this week. Saw the doctor, picked some frames, waited a bit, and they showed up. They have the same brands of frames as the chain places, at the same prices. But they are a local company, and the place is bustling with local employees. If you're getting the same thing for the same money as the big guys in the malls across the river, why not support your local store and the local employees who live here? I'm very happy with my new glasses, and I'm glad this area has so many small businesses like Rose Optical.

Best customer service anywhere. Everyone was wonderful. My husband has Parkibsons and falls easily and needs his glasses adjusted frequently. Not only do they do it for free they come out to the car to fit them on my husband.

Highly recommend this place. I went in and they got me in and out in a decent time frame considering all the stuff they had to do. The girl who helped me with the glasses was really top notch and super helpful with her services. I'm very rough on glasses. So tough ones were a must in my situation. I appreciate these ladies and the doctor who examined my eyes. 10 out of 10. From the phone call to the services provided in person.

this office was so great until they weren't. I asked to schedule with a specific doctor due to an unpleasant experience with another doctor at this office. they scheduled me on a day that the doctor I asked for was not available, knowing she was not available that day, and when i asked why this was the case, they tried to crack jokes. will not be returning.

Our family has had our glasses and contacts here for decades. Great Uncle John a WW2 veteran got us started. He lived to be over 99 years old. We go here because they are the nicest people, and they have built a family friendly business. thank you Rose Optical

I met with a new doctor at Rose Optical today. I don't know his full name, but his first name was Keith I believe. He spent over an hour trying to fit my contacts correctly which I sincerely appreciate. I have gone to Rose Optical for 20 years and am glad they continue to be thorough and make sure their patients are comfortable and we'll taken care of.

I wrote a review a year ago regarding Dr.Kline who was wonderful but today my visit with Dr.Ferguson took the cake He went above and beyond to explain my eye care needs and exactly how contacts work. NOBODY has ever done that before! Impressed is an understatement!! I have thrown away contacts due to lack of information. Hadn't I been educated I wouldn't have wasted my money nor my contacts. Thank you so much Dr.Ferguson and Brandi for your excellent customer service! Tip: If you put your contact in and it seems blurry it's not that the contact is bad it's just not aligned. Give it a few mins for gravity to rotate it into place. Learned by Dr.Ferguson on today! I don't want to see anyone else he is a very thorough and friendly.
