I had a wonderful experience at this place and I have been wearing glasses since childhood. They are kind and patient and the woman in front, I wish I would have gotten her name again, she was able to find me a pair of frames that were affordable enough that I could also get the progressives and the anti-glare. Thank you so much! I cannot wait to receive my new glasses! And I will be referring all my friends and family as well. Also, ask for Dr. Carla, she is awesome!

I went there to order glasses for my daughter and they told me I needed to call the insurance to get a confirmation number when it was them who needed to do that. Then a week later they called me to tell me they had the confirmation and to confirm the order with. I confirmed the order over the phone (Jan 5th) and was told they would process the order and glasses would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Well they didn't order the glasses until 3 weeks later (Jan 22nd). So here we are a month after going there and still no glasses. Order status says glasses won't be in for another week.

From the front of the office to the back was awesome with my kids. Very nice office Denise was so patient with my 6 and 4 year old as was the Doctor very nice and patient. My daughter had to choose glasses and the gentleman helping us was very helpful and patient with her trying to make a choice, she was super excited to pick her own pair and he made sure she felt fabulous. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE and GO TO THIS OPTOMETRIST!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Daniela at my eye doctor's office! She went above and beyond to help me replace my daughter's glasses after they were damaged. I was feeling stressed thinking I'd have to pay out of pocket, but Daniela worked her magic and somehow got the replacement fully covered. She took care of everything, from contacting insurance to getting the new pair ordered and delivered so quickly. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help like she did. Daniela turned a frustrating situation into such a positive experience, and I am so grateful for her kindness, efficiency, and dedication. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Daniela, for going the extra mile for my family, you are amazing!

My wife made an appointment here and we waited 1.5 hours due to overlooking. Won't be back as time is money and they wasted our time as this was a simple optometrist appointment. I do not tolerate waiting that long for any service unless I am walking in without an appointment

The eye doctor, manager, and other employees were extremely friendly. They got the right glasses that my daughter needed. Anthony Hanahan was especially nice and professional. He has a great sense of humor. He got me and my daughter smiling and laughing. Thank you for making our day happy and special.

Carla helped my wife out with her eye exam, very knowledgeable, professional. The whole staff was awesome helping customers. So lucky they work in the area.

When I drove up for my first visit, I saw a small store front building and I was happy because it wasn't the kind of building I was used to going to for the past 3 years here in Illinois. I was used to big over size buildings where I felt like a number stamped sealed and goodbye. When I entered MyeyeDr, it was small and cozy. I loved it! I was greeted with a good morning smile from the office manager MsTasha whom I had spoken to over the phone days prior to visit. Like over the phone, Ms Tasha wore a big smile and I felt her genuine smile that warmed my heart. I knew then that I had finally found the right eye doctor. I felt that they would make me feel special as a human being rather than a number. Someone who cared enough listen to my issues. Ms Tasha made me feel comfortable as if I was part of a family. The office was small but yet very clean and cozy and I might add that it smelled so good and I loved it! Tasha, Marcella and Printy made me feel special and yet stayed very professional. When I met Dr. Carla, who was "Amazing"!! She greeted me with a huge smile. I might also add that she smelled very good I could feel the warmth from her that came from within her heart where she made me feel comfortable and appreciated. She listened and explained in details what my issues were and what I needed to do to correct them and they were here to help me through it all. Most of all, she Dr.Carla stayed professional as her staff, but she made me feel like I was home talking to my family and friends. I am very happy to say I've finally found an Eye Doctor and staff members who cares about their patients. When I left "MyeyeDr," I left with a smile and warmth in my heart and ready to tell the world about my experience because of Dr Carla and her staff who put that smile on my face. I literally sat in my car for 15 minutes texting a couple friends and my sister before I drove off. I told them: "if you want the best, you don't need the rest" Come to MyeyeDr in Grayslake.
