Thompson is who my son (8) sees here and he is so kind and gentle. My son says he's his favorite Dr he's ever had to go to positive reinforcement is a big thing for kids, and him and his coworkers and staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

I had a very good experience with them. I had an eye exam and bought glasses from them..... But the glasses never fit right and continuously loosened up. And a few other issues. After trying to get it fixed several times. The store said, "ok, choose a different glasses and we will fit you in a different frame without an extra charge". And the new glasses are great. So the other one must have had issues ......a lemon. But it was really great that the store honored it, and ended up fixing my problem. It is really awesome to find a company that helps the customer. Thank you! I would recommend this place definitely! And Very helpful staff!

This has been one of the worst experiences ordering frames that My husband has ever had. We waited over a months and never received a phone call. I had to call their office to find out that one. They either forgot to place an order or that they were on backorder. They weren't for sure then it took two days to return a phone call to tell me that they were supposedly on backorder. Then, after another month, my husband went back to the office to see if he could check in to see if the frames were there. He was told still on backorder We will never return to this office.

Staff is awesome, great selection for frames. I definitely will return!

Dr. Eubanks takes excellent care of my entire family's optometry needs. She's very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining things. We ordered contacts and they were delivered to the house just in a matter of days.

I have always had a positive experience at Eubanks & Daugherty. They take the extra time to explain your vision changes. I feel confident when I leave that all of my questions have been answered and my vision has been corrected with glasses or contacts. The staff at Eubanks and Daugherty are also friendly and knowledgable.

The doctors and staff at Eubanks and Daugherty have taken care of my family since I was a child. Now, we bring our five year old daughter. She is actually excited to go to her eye exams and to wear her glasses because of the wonderful and caring way that she is treated each time she walks in the doors. I can't say thank you enough to all the staff!

Customer beware: before you pay out of pocket for services or products make sure they have billed your insurance!! I was charged for products that are covered and when I called THEM to make them aware that I should not have been charged I was told that I would have to wait a few weeks before I would get my money back!! The customer is inconvenienced because the staff is not trained to do their job correctly!
