Was client for pass3 yrs my insurance card was not with me but the still exam me and I need glasses I told lady I don't have card but I can have insurance company speak to her she told me no glasses no card very rude I said bye.instead looking at my file spent thousands she could show me frames put on hold until I come back in couple days with card

I recently attempted to walk into herrin office to see if by some miracle I could get help. I had something foreign in my eye. Sadly I couldn't get any. The office did not have a doctor in on this date . The sweet receptionist in herrin I believe was Melanie attempted to help me the best way she could . She called all around her clinics seeing if anyone could help me as she could see the fluid leaking from my eye . She was unsuccessful as nobody wanted to take on another patient for the day. I was however able to call complete family eye care in the parking lot who seen me 10 minutes later.

Dr. Fix and his staff are awesome. I have had 3 cornea transplants, 2 surgeries to repair detached retinas and 2 cataract surgeries and my vision was poor with glasses and then a friend referred me to Dr. Fix. He assessed my situation and then began the process of improving my vision. He was successful in fitting me with a new type of contact lens that improved my vision drastically. No other eye doctor was able to accomplish what Dr. Fix did. I had resigned myself to living the rest of my life with poor vision and then Dr. Fix came into my life and changed everything. Having great vision now thanks to Dr. Fix has changed my life. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Fix and his kind staff. Eric Smith

The Herrin office staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The turnaround time on my new glasses was less than two days, after the initial " it could take up to 5 days." I was originally told. The optician did a tremendous job measuring and fitting my glasses. Just a good experience and very pleased overall.

Dr. Fix is great. He's taken the time to make sure my contacts fit the way the should, even suggesting other contacts that others have not. The atmosphere is friendly. I go to the Herrin location because I like Dr. Fix. If you prefer more glass frame options, I'd go to Marion.

Dr Fix at Herrin eye center is a very pleasant provider. He takes his time examining his patients eyes. He takes his time explaining what's going to his patients eyes. He is amazingly work alone as a provider in his clinic with all her nice, kind, friendly technicians who collaborating, communicating and supporting one another.

We've been patients of Dr. Fix for many years and have always had tremendous confidence in his thoroughness. He and his staff have been caring and professional. We've recommended him to all our family and friends.

Dr Fix was a pleasant surprise. He was knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He gave me information that enabled me to make my own decisions. There was no hi pressure sales pitch and I in no way felt rushed.
