Used my insurance to purchase new frames (the same as my current frames that were purchased there) My insurance was used. They could not get the lenses into the frames correctly, and scratched up the new frames I just bought. I was told to purchase another pair from them , so they can get fixed at the lab. That this was the best they could to. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Had a great visit with Dr DeVito , she explained everything to me very well also answered all my questions and concerns and set me up with an updated prescription. I've been a long-time customer here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. While I was in the room with the assistant (before seeing the doctor), I declined the corneal scan, but she went ahead with it anyway after making it seem like it was fully covered by my insurance. I trusted that and didn't think twice -- only to be charged $40 for the scan afterward, on top of my $20 copay, totaling $60. None of this was clearly explained up front, and I wasn't prepared to pay that. It felt misleading and left me feeling taken advantage of. I want to warn other patients: ask for a full breakdown of costs before anything is done. The lack of transparency here really makes me reconsider continuing my care at this office

I made a NP exam appt for today, a problem focused exam specifically! I told Kim when I made the appt that it was NOT for glasses, I have an issue w my eye, that has been happening for a week as of today (and I have historic issues with my eye), I need an ophthalmologist. I explained it in detail. When I show up today both providers are optometrists, not ophthalmologists like I needed. Why would she make me an appt knowing what I needed? What I ASKED for as a pt. I wasted time from work for nothing. This was not a good experience
