Dr. Zaker and all of his employees are outstanding and Joseph is the absolute best, i appreciate all of you. Dr. Joseph you corrected my eye vision on a last patient or deal and last minute, i was so lucky, and in the past few hours I've noticed that im not having any more migraines. I couldn't than you or your team of employees, also the young woman who fixed my glasses, shes an absolute gem!

I recently moved to Oregon and sadly ended up breaking my glasses, I called to get my eye prescription since I haven't picked out a local eye doctor yet-- they refused to give me MY prescription. They said that the only way I can receive it is going in person or getting it faxed. FAXED. Are you kidding me? I have a right to my own medical information. I looked it up and it's a common tactic for eye clinics to say no because they want you to come in and possibly buy a pair. Ridiculous. I explain I couldn't as I moved. Didn't matter.

Dr. Zaker, work a miracle with my eyes. He was able to solve a complex problem with my eyes in one visit. I am exceptionally relieved and grateful.

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire staff! Everyone who assisted me here was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. They take time with you. And do a great job!

My elderly mother broke the nose piece on her glasses. Dr Zaker's office repaired at no charge even though I had not purchased the glasses from them. Thank you so much!

I wish all doctors offices ran like this office! Every single person in the office is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. From the first phone call, through paperwork,, and before exam procedures the staff is so great! Dr. Joe was so thorough! The first time seeing the back of my eye balls was a little strange, but he took the time to explain everything and even showed me the picture of his eye! This is the first time an office had a trial pair of contacts for my prescription and I was pushed to get glasses or contacts. They talked me through how my insurance works, how to best take advantage of it and just made the entire process stress free! I have definitely found my new eye doctor!

Dr. Zaker is great but his staff is very rude and condescending. At first I thought it was the stress of covid but it's not. They can't get a prescription right on the first try and this is my 3rd pair of glasses in as many years. When you let them know there's something wrong because you have double vision when you put on your new glasses they become extremely rude and condescending. After this fiasco is resolved with this pair of glasses I will be changing doctors. I have been a patient since his dad was with Sears Optical, that's over 30 years and this is the treatment I get.

Dr Joe took his time to get my correct prescriptions for my eyes. Because I am a firearms instructor Dr Joe helped me to get the correct lenses for shooting as well as for distance. If you have aging eyes and are a shooter Dr Joe can help you! Also all of the staff are kind and professional great people here!
