My interactions with both Morgan and Dzana have been amazing! They are extremely helpful and friendly. Picking out glasses is stressful and they have been fantastic. On the other hand, I value Dr Kubak's expertise although I feel the communication comes across a bit aggressive.

Wonderful experience, start to finish. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They have a TON of frames to choose from! Pricing was right on point. Christine did an amazing job of seeing what benefits my insurance would contribute, and then expertly styled my frames. She found the most flattering frames that were so ME. They also have state of the art equipment. No more puffs of air scaring you silly for the glaucoma test! Highly recommend!!

The receptionist canceled my appointment for being 10 minutes late. I've been to this location before, as well as the Vernon Hills one & the grace period has always been 10 minutes. Suddenly it's oddly "7 minutes". Even if that were true, canceling over barely 3 minutes over is crazy. They weren't busy and I was their last appointment of the day. When i walked in it was very unwelcoming and it seemed like she was trying to give me a hard time. This review is long overdue considering all the issues I've experienced at this one location. Like when i wasn't informed that my glasses & contacts were days ready for pickup (they insisted they would call). My mom had a similar experience, her glasses were ready for a whole week and they never bothered to call her. Instead they sent them back and my mom had to go through the trouble of contacting her insurance to have them resent all because of their negligence. Another time i was promised a trial of astigmatism contacts & when i asked about it they brushed it off, as if it wasn't important anymore. Now imagine wearing the wrong prescription contacts for years that i been going here, without knowing I had astigmatism. That was until they hired a new optometrist that informed me i definitely needed for astigmatism, which was the only good experience i got from this place. Otherwise I wasted so much money on normal contacts because of Dr. Vairagi Patel. I don't recommend this very low effort, unprofessional location.

Easy online appointments. Can treat easy annual exams for kids in school to complicated eye cases. Thx to Myeyedr my detached retina was found and fixed via their excellent referral. Highly recommend!

The girl at the front desk with dark hair had a very bad attitude. They refused to see my daughter because she was only a few minutes late. It's not like they were busy the waiting room was empty. She was purposely making things difficult rather than be understanding. We will not be returning.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Kulbak is the best and love the adjustments made to my progressive prescription for contacts!

I had a fantastic experience at MyEyeDr in Highland Park! Dr. Kulbak and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Dr. Kulbak took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The staff was just as wonderful--welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

They have an amazing selection of glasses. A wonderful staff. They take insurance. They are friendly and kind. I will return. Amazing place.
