Dr. Patel tried to scam me. I came in for an eye exam covered under my insurance. She tried to tell me my copay is $39 then she started asking who do I have med insurance through. That was a huge red flag for me. I was confused because I shouldn't have had a copay. I asked the young girl working in front about that charge she said it's for a retina scan that I didn't consent or ask for. I told her I wasn't paying for something I didn't request and she removed it with an attitude . Avoid Ms. Patel !!!

I don't recommend anyone going to this location. You are better off going to the Broadview location. I have been calling for the last hour and no one is answering. Also, I was given the wrong information regarding the warranty I purchased for my frames & lenses. I was told I would have to go in person to hand in my glasses in order for the warranty claim to even be submitted. I called the Broadview location, they answered right away! I was also able to pay the copay for the warranty over the phone & the claim was submitted. They were very professional and will be going to their Broadview location from now on!

I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars--my experience was terrible. The glasses I wanted couldn't be made here for some reason, so I went to another Target Optical, and they had no problem making them. On top of that, the contacts I received were irritating my eyes. When I went back to get a different brand, they just gave me a new prescription instead of actually checking if the new contacts fit properly. Now, my right eye is blurry, and I have to go back again to figure out what went wrong. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.
