Quality Eye Care - Kildeer

I've been going to Quality Eye Care for about four years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The doctor is very attentive and thorough, and I always appreciate the helpful suggestions I receive for managing my dry eye condition. Appointment scheduling is quick and easy, which makes everything even more convenient. Me and my kids see Dr. Hajali, and in my opinion she is an excellent doctor. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes us feel genuinely cared for at every visit. The clinic itself is spotless, smells fresh, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional, and I truly enjoy my visits. After four years of coming here, I can confidently say this is a clinic I trust and highly recommend.

Dr. Hajali is wonderful. She takes her time to listen and understand my specific situation and puts a plan in place to address my issues. Walid is fantastic. He explains all of my options clearly and always has open lines of communication.

From the doctor to the receptionists, everyone is professional, knowledgeable and kind! Helped me with not only my new glasses and prescription, but also to set a baseline for my next visit(s) to watch out for worsening of the nerves in my eyes and continue to keep an eye on potential glaucoma. Grateful I went here because it has been a while since I've been to an eye doctor (I'm 27 - should've been more on top of it) and I'm glad that I know about what's going on with my eyes now!

I recently moved from Missouri, so I am a new customer. I could not be happier with Quality Eye Care's unique services and excellent customer service. My needs were specifically: * Diabetic Retinal Exam - Which was performed using newer equipment than I am used to. The bill was sent to my Health Insurance, and results communicated to my doctor. I liked that. * Eye Drop Refill - Promptly called into my pharmacist. * Yearly eye exam - Which I thought went very well. There was no wait for the doctor, the exam was quick, but very thorough, even double checking my pressers. I appreciated this detail. * New prescription and glasses - The team was very pleasant and caring during this process. They listened to all my needs and requests. They went above and beyond to find a pair of glasses that matched my preferences, face and budget. * Eye Insurance - The bill for my eye exam and glasses was sent to my eye insurance company. I like that they took both of my insurances. * New Glasses - Well, I can tell you that I have never had such a great fitting and spot on prescription before. No adjustments had to be made! I am definitely going back for a second pair. If you are looking for exceptional care, I would recommend Quality Eye Care!

TLDR: If you value communication, good customer service, someone who will actually answer the phone, or anyone who will help you to save you money, I would go anywhere else. I honestly cannot express how bad my experience was here. I really recommend going anywhere else. The first issue was that the wrong contact prescription was ordered and shipped to my house. Luckily I noticed before opening a box. Mistakes happen and I get that, but the real problem is the communication when you call in. I had to call multiple times just to get this fixed and kept being told someone would call me back. I never once got a call back and I've called over five times trying to get help. (Screenshot attached showing all the outgoing calls over weeks, and not a single call back after multiple requests) They eventually ordered new contacts but never told me. I only found out because I got a random text saying they arrived. I had to go in person to pick them up. When I arrived in person I asked again about a mail in rebate and for the second time they told me they would send it (shocker they did not). When you call the number you don't even reach the branch. You get an answering service that connects you to different locations. I have never had to basically chase a company down to get a rebate. Contacts are so expensive and everywhere else I've ever gone has encouraged sending in the rebate to save money and helped you through this process. This location didn't tell me about it at all or offer it as an option. They kept saying they contacted their reps and would get back to me, and after being promised call backs again and again I just gave up and contacted the contact lens company myself.

I am so happy with my experience at this clinic. I have never heard of scleral lenses and now I am so happy I was introduced to them. Huge difference and improvement in my very bad eyes. I cannot thank everyone at QEC enough!!

I have been coming here for years and will not go anywhere else. From knowledgeable friendly staff and doctors to a wonderful experience every time, i highly recommend them. I have gotten 4 frames and had special treatments done to clean my eyes and take care of styes. A huge thank you always for treating your patients like friends and family and always explaining everything so well.
