Justin handled my eye glasses purchase, from my choice of frame to ensuring that my lenses were correctly made. His attention to detail is impeccable. I have a smaller face and he was honest throughout on which frames looked good and which didn't, even if I liked the frame. He always made sure that the rest of the staff knew what was going on with my orders in case they came in when he wasn't there. The entire staff at the LB location is friendly and helpful. Justin is my star for making sure my purchases turned out right.

I've been looking around for a new eye doctor and was told about the optical center inside of Target. I went there to check it out and I am so beyond pleased with the service I received there from Justin. He was extremely helpful! He answered all my insurance questions, offered to clean my glasses and adjusted them to feeling new again! I also appreciate him showing me all the new styles and for giving me honest feedback and his recommendations which were spot on. He really made me feel welcomed and I cannot wait to bring in my family.

While the doctor is friendly, the service is shockingly poor. Every time I tried to order contacts, the office was closed. When I finally managed to place an order over the phone, I asked if I could get a pair in the meantime, but they flat-out refused(employees name was shaleen) . It's unacceptable to leave a paying customer without any options, forcing me to suffer through discomfort and blurred vision. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere--LensCrafters would have provided much better service. I regret not listening to my boyfriend and returning to LenseCrafters.
