5 STAR STAFF ! Expedited appointment and courteous staff . Dr Wheeler was professional and friendly. I enjoyed her expertise and personable attitude ! Dr Wheeler easily answered all my questions and educated me on specific areas of concern . My consultant ,Stephanie , was great ! She assisted me with the finer points of my frames and the various lense options. I look forward to getting my new glasses and bringing my family back for the next experience !!

This place use to be great. Last year they didn't put the transition in my glasses. When I took them back. I was told I waited to long. I explained I drive for a living. I'm gone long periods of time. They offered me a clip on for a mistake they made. Today I was 10 min late due to an accident. Told me to come back in a month lol. I'm going to tell everyone I referred to go somewhere else. I'm over this place.

I visited the store at mack and moross today and the manager Kim Crawford was awesome. I had an issue with another office and I WILL NOT go back there but Kim helped me tremendously and all I could say is she was awesome and very nice and kind and I really appreciate her very much and I will come back to this location specifically because of the way she treated me today.

Very disappointed i have three pair of glasses that i can't even read a menu. I have to go some where else and pay cash because i unfortunately used my insurance. Feel scammed because i was charged for my autistic son eye exam and after the doctor could not work with him, so i also have to pay cash for him too. Oh well i knew better from CO workers not to go and i did any where

Not sure if I'd come back here as a patient. The Dr never introduced themselves when I was called back and when I was asking the staff some questions about what my insurance covers along with how much I am being billed the DOS they were kinda rude. Although the staff was a little unorganized, I am very grateful that I received a new prescription that I can see much better with.
