Great experience! Helpful staff! Dr. Guenther is a fantastic doctor. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses from a huge selection. And had a nice little play area to keep my son busy! Thanks!!

Dr Gunther is great we Love him, but like the other review said the ladies in the front are rude. I called back and forth on my day off with insurance and office and they would not believe me that covered is calendar year not service date. The women on the phone was so rude, we left all 5 people they lost. Don't put up with bad customer service better places out here that will treat you right!

I've been going to Dr. Gunther since I was 15, now at 25 I can't recommend him enough. I have always been taken care of by him and his team.

I didn't even stay to meet the doctor , because the front office ladies made me feel so uncomfortble. I hope the doctor reads these reviews. Those ladies are driving his customers away.. I felt like Pretty Woman in the dress shop of Rodeo Drive

Dr. Guenther is great but it's one star for the two front desk ladies for me! Deflecting their own insecurities and shortcomings on every woman that walks in that door and they are so blatantly obvious when doing so. VERY Condescending attitudes, giggling and going in the back talking about customers that are sitting right in the chairs 20 feet from them. Like who acts like this?! This is a front desk job at a EYE doctors office in a strip mall not a Jr. High lunchroom.

The doctor is very nice and walks you through the exam process well. This barely makes up for the office staff who are impatient, unclear, and can come off condescending. I was originally thinking I would give this a 2 star rating, but I went back and there was one different staff member that day who was much more personable. Still, there were others who spent their time complaining about my insurance and couldn't help me make sense of my charges.

So today after leaving my exam at InFocus today, which went well because Dr. Guenther is polite and easy-going, I realized the front desk had only given me one prescription. Oh well, no big deal so I call over and ask if they can fax it to the glasses store I was currently at. The lady acted like it was SUCH an inconvenience to do so, continuously cutting me off when I was trying to ask clarification questions. So I send over the release form, 15 minutes go by and no result so I call back. She's like "we are SO busy right now but I'll check," like I'm really inconveniencing her. She says they already sent it over, so I check with the workers at the eye glasses store. Nope, still no prescription faxed over. So I call, for the THIRD time and she is raising her voice at me telling me she has faxed it over even though we didn't receive it. Speaking in an extremely condescending voice and saying it's definitely something wrong on my end that's causing the issue. Turns out, the lady was faxing it to the business telephone number rather than the fax number that was CLEARLY printed there on the form I sent to them. So I had to call A FOURTH time. A silly mistake that could have been laughed off if the lady had not treated me like I was in the wrong for her incompetence. Won't be back.
