I recently visited the Walmart Vision center in Montgomery Texas to get a new prescription. I was met by the associate Amanda who was so friendly and worked with me to get just what I needed. Amanda gets 5 stars from me due to her helpfullness, welcoming demeanor and knowledge of what I needed. It was a very nice experience overall.

This place is just pathetic, they changed my prescription twice in less than a month and the most annoying thing is when the staff goes to the back and come out laughing, and then tell you you probably have an underlying condition that made them change the prescription or maybe because am black they think all black people have health issues, their behavior is so annoying and pathetic, HORRIBLE PLACE, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, l lost $65 dollars and had to look for another optician. Don't waste your time going here.

Terrible customer service. Came to just pick up contacts. ONE customer here and waited over 20 minutes before the tech even SAID anything to me. Wow!!! Go elsewhere. To Walmart Optical, train your staff on how to take care of your customers.

I realize this is crazy times. But could have better service and just not being dismissive. Just saying we are open for emergency. Maybe ask the customer what there need is and give suggestions on the next step. What is considered a emergency?
