The best eye doctor I've ever "seen". Absolutely brilliant. The staff was lovely and attentive too.

Still waiting on glasses its been 8 weeks. This has caused a huge mess since my ID expired on my birthday and I needed my new glasses to take a vision test to renew my license. This has caused me to have to quit working too as I am a delivery driver. Every time me or my husband calls we are greeted with a rude worker always telling us the same thing and to stop calling. Worst place.

I would not recommend this office to anyone! I scheduled an appointment and spend time driving to the office just to hear, that I can get a prescription only if I order glasses from the office. When I tried to explain that my glasses are usually very expensive and I am not ready to order and just need an eye exam for now, they said that the doctor cannot see me unless I order glasses. They should have disclosed that prior to making an appointment. I have been wearing glasses since childhood and never heard of such thing. Even if I wanted to order glasses from the office, their frames selection is not really good. I also reported the office to my insurance.

It's the worst place you can go, these scammers don't even deserve 1 star! You CAN'T get your prescription unless you buy a pair of glasses from them. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't allow you to try the pair of glasses that he recommended a minute ago. Please don't spend your time and go elsewhere!

Amazing selection of glasses that you will not find in a typical eye store. Roman was extremely patient and helpful. He spent a lot of time showing me different pairs of glasses. I received a lot of compliments since I purchased these glasses few months ago and I couldn't be more happy. Will buy from this place again. Price was great too.

I should have listened to the bad reviews, this office is so disorganized! Went in for my 4 yo to get tested, doctor was rude and after spending 3 hours in the office we chose his glasses from his insurance and since I was told they can take up to 3 months to process I bought him a second pair. They called back pretty fast about the glasses I purchased from them, abut 3 days, I thought that was great. This was in December 2018. I call back mid March 2019 to check on the pair from the insurance. I was told by the male receptionist that 3 months had not gone by and that they would call. Two weeks later my child brakes his frames, I call back and a different receptionist gives me a speech about how insurance is responsible to make the glasses and ship them back to their office, and now she tells me it could be up to 7 months to get them in. I call the insurance only to find out that no request had been placed for my child's glasses. They had plenty of opportunities to correct their error if only they would take the time to check their orders and patient record. Would not recommend this office, would so much rather make a longer trip to a different city to have things done right !

This place is unprofessional, disorganized and the Manager is very rude. I bought a pair of glasses for my teenage son, and the frame broke not long after.The Manager wanted me to pay for a frame that we did not have very long! My 85 year old Mother said the frame was very thin and weak. My Mom even said the dollar store frames were stronger than the glasses my son had and I paid CASH!!! I have been in the Customer Service Business for over 20 years and I believe the Customers should be treated with kindness. The Customers are the ones who keep you employed!!! I was terribly disappointed in this place!!! The Manager needs re-training on how to treat CUSTOMERS with respect, of course it doesn't hurt to give a friendly SMILE.

Very Very RUDE. One of the receptionist was completely Rude to my Baby, he is a baby and she wanted me to shut him up because she didn't like him being crying loud. He was tired and upset because they took forever to check us. I'm definitely not coming back anymore. They just lost a client who was here all the time
