Bespoke Eye Care

Have been using the Costco eye examination run by Bespoke for a few years. Always great exams, explains all examinations and answers all questions.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zeana McMillen! I have now taken my son, daughter and myself to see her (we travel almost an hour to see her). She is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She has helped both of my kids with eye issues that other eye doctors were unable to recognize/help fix. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The front desk staff is also very helpful and kind.

Nice, friendly staff and quick amd efficient service. While I had a later appointment, I came in early and they saw me immediately! I think I've found a new place to go for my eye exams!

Poor administrative staff. Called multiple times with inquiries about my prescription, to which they ignored my voicemails entirely. When picking up my sample contacts, they acted like they had no idea who I was and could not locate my sample for two weeks. Finally, after months of working with them, I called and left two messages. No answer. Called the next day, my phone went straight to voicemail. Called from another phone # within a minute of the last, the clinic answered my call within the first ring. They were looking at my caller ID and actively avoided me. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I expected a simple refraction, but I got such a fantastic full exam, including machines I had never seen and a careful analysis and detailed explanation of a unique eye trauma from decades ago. Dr. McMillan was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, detail-oriented, thorough, and professional. Very impressive. Also easy scheduling and insurance management. Highly recommended!
