I called the eye glass shop and inquired about fixing 2 pairs of my glasses with broken hinges. Minas made no promises, but allowed me to send a pic of the damaged glasses before I made the trip. He was able to not only fix the two, but also tighten the ones I wore to the shop. Excellent service. Unfortunately, I'll probably have to see him again, but at least I know I'll be in good hands.

Earlier this week, I accidentally bent my eyeglasses. Yesterday, I went to For Eyes, where I purchased them less than a year ago, to see if they could repair them, but they couldn't. Since I didn't buy the insurance, I was told my only option was to find the exact same pair of frames, buy them again, and have my old lenses popped into the new frames. The cheapest replacement I found was still $150 on sale. Fast-forward to today: I started researching whether any companies actually repair eyeglasses, and I found a shop in Oak Park, IL. This place is known for fixing glasses that Visionworks and other stores claim they can't repair. In less than two minutes, they fixed my glasses free of charge. I've passed this shop countless times and never noticed it before, but I'm so glad I found it. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about them. They must be doing something right to still be in business after 24 years! Highly recommended.

Came in today to get my glasses repaired, both sides were completely broken off. Thankfully, Minas went ahead and replaced both sides with a similar color to match my frames. He did this quickly and I only paid $40 to get them fixed. Minas also said that that I can come in any time for a free adjustment. Will definitely come back!

I went to Minus today. I googled Minus I drove from Beverly to Oak Park. He was such a delightful gentleman. Minus asked how did I bend my bracket. I couldn't remember. Minus removed both arms on my glasses. Minus repaired my expensive Tom Ford glasses I was in and out. Minus was very quick after fixing my glasses he told me how to put on the glasses and how to removed them. I would definitely go back to Minus. Minus would not even take any money for my repair I was very grateful Thanks Minus!

My niece had bent my glasses by sitting on them accidentally and I was trying to see if the optical office I usually go to will be able to fix them, they told me since I didn't buy glasses from them. Even if it was just a slight bent. Then a friend recommended this shop, and I went and literally they took me in and helped me in less than 30 minutes. Amazing! Like brand new! I didn't even ask him for his name because I was so happy he was able to help, but he was so kind. Now I see why you guys are the best! I'll be recommending everyone here, thanks so much!

10/10 highly recommend. I drove 45 minutes and it was well worth it. I broke the arm off a pair of Gucci glasses that I love. He fixed the quickly and tighten them all up just like when they were brand new. This man is a godsend and a true master of his trade. They don't make them like that anymore. Thank for fixing my favorite pair of glasses.

Highly recommend this eyeglasses repair shop! My five year-old broke her glasses and he was able to fix it in a very reasonable price and within an hour it was ready. Wish I took a before picture! He made the impossible possible. I will definitely be returning if needed in the future!

Small quaint old school eyeglass shop in Oak Park. Found on Google for eyeglass repair and I may have found my new eyeglass shop! Nice and pleasant and he has Halloween candy ready for the kids!
