America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Have been using americas best for a while now. My girlfriend had an appointment at 10 am on a Saturday. We mistakenly thought it was at 9am so that's when we showed up. Even with our silly mistake they were able to fit her in early. I also wanted to see if I could get a new pair of glasses (keep in mind I didn't have an appointment). They notified me my prescription expired two days prior and I need an exam in order to get new glasses and contacts. We scheduled an appointment for 3:40 that same day. While I was waiting for my girlfriend to finish her exam, one of the awesome associates notified me that there was a cancellation and they could do my exam right after my girlfriend! Once I was done, a different amazing associate helped us with different options on contacts and glasses. She took her time and really made us feel like a valued customer. Thanks to everyone on the team for helping us, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

This is one of the few places where they STILL have the 3 year exam club. I come from another place in Chicago and told me that club option was no longer available. Today I had an appointment at a certain time and they took me in early. Everything was quick and Azra was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Very helpful. 10/10

Had my eye appointment today and I absolutely love this store! Eye doctor is amazing he is fast and answered and explained everything! Quick service today from the start! Been going here for a couple of years and will continue too! Great service from start to finish

I have been a long time customer of this location and wrote a glowing recommendation for the manager, Erica, that I have now deleted and am replacing with this one. We bought glasses for my mother in law but shortly after we ordered them... she passed away. I called and said we won't be needing them and Erica said no worries, I'm so sorry for your loss, and you will get a refund in the mail. That was 2.5 years ago! I have called 4 times regarding this issue. Each time she apologizes and says she'll make it right. Yet... no return call to check in, no money has been received, and obviously no glasses. I even said... I need a pair of glasses... let's just swap out the amount I'm owed and call it even. Nope! Can't do that either. My family has bought close to 2 dozen pairs of classes over the years and as a business owner, I've referred clients, friends and family, even from out of town, to get glasses at this store. I am disappointed that I had to even come here and post this review but the next step... is filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Rajini at the front desk is awesome. Khadijah guided me through my first pair of progressive lenses and Gina helped me get the glasses sized appropriately. Great job everyone!

Lousy service. The doctor examine my eye in 5 minutes and then got up and walked away. I asked is that it and he said yes. Dr did not ask any questions or stick around for me to ask any. I just moved here so I thought I try Oswego since I have been a client at the Wheaton store forever. I will now travel the 45 minutes and go back to Wheaton. I never had such a terrible experience as I did in Oswego .

This was the best eye doctor experience! I had a negative experience at a different AB location so I was nervous to go back to the company but the entire staff and doctor were incredible, friendly and patient while I battled what frames I liked most!! 10/10 recommend

Juliana was great! Answering all my questions and was immensely helpful. (Doc sometimes feels like he's rushed but he's good too!)
