Before and after My dog ate my glasses and chewed the all to pieces. I called and then went in and within 30 my glasses were like new again! I have not seen any eye doctor like Dr. Gustafson. He took his time to exam my eyes and explain thoroughly about my eye condition unlike my previous eye doctors. He advised the best care based on patient's needs. The front desk staffs are friendly, too. There was no sales push in this eye care.

My husband and I were recommended to come here by a work friend. Last week was our second year with them. The office is great and Dr. Gustafson is so knowledgeable. My husband has had glasses for years and Dr. Gustafson is the best eye doctor he's ever had. We are planning to move in the next year but are willing to drive far to come back.

I was able to make an appointment with only 24hrs notice so that was great! The next day I arrived at the office, greeted warmly, my information was obtained and I proceeded to have photos of my retina taken. The place is very clean.Then the Optometrist did my exam. I was there for my first diabetic eye exam, glasses exam and for contacts. Dr. Gustafson is pleasant, thorough and extremely consistent in his questioning and physical exam. I've been an ICU NURSE for twenty plus years and I know good assessment skills when I see them. My eyes needed to be dilated and they had me look at their wide variety of frames during the time it took the medication to dilate my eyes. No wasted time-nice. I found frames I loved, but I needed 2 pairs- one with transitions and one without. They did not push extra lens options, merely informed me of them and gave the prices of my options. They put the most expensive glasses on my insurance and gave me a discount without me asking because I bought 2 pairs of glasses.This wasn't an existing sale, they just did it. I walked out of there with 2 pairs of glasses, a box of contacts (and samples of contacts to see which I liked the most), a diabetic eye exam, a contacts exam and a glasses exam for around $350.00.I was stunned. The frames alone at my old optometrist would have been $350.....Looks like I have a new optometrist.

To be honest, I wasn't too impressed with their interior, BUT, the receptionist (sorry, didn't catch the name) was super friendly and Dr. Gustafson was really great with our daughter, who is very shy. He was amazingly detailed in his explanations and really took his time to explain what he found with her eyesight. I could really tell he loves what he does and his patients. I would not hesitate to continue to business here! Thank you!

Have been going to Gustafson Eye Care for many years. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and Dr.Steve has always taken the time to explain exam results and options for me and my family. Would highly recommend this office for you family's eye care needs.

I went there a year ago. Had an exam, ordered glasses. Glasses came in in a reasonable amount of time. Went to pick them up, and one lense was way out of wack. I told the girl helping me, that something was not right. She said that " it takes time to get accustomed to new glasses." I said that's true, but this is more than that. She became indignant, to the point of being hostile. Saying there was nothing wrong with the glasses. I asked to see the optometrist. He rechecked my eyes and had infact written the prescription incorrectly. For the receptionist to assume that she knows what I see through my eyes. And then to be rude to a customer? Needless to say, I would not recommend this business.

This has been an excellent place for our family's vision needs for more than ten years. Always able to make an appointment easily and the staff has never been less than inviting and friendly. Helpful with information towards all questions. And the doctor gives more than thorough detail description. I've recommended this office to anybody searching
