VERY pleasant visit. i came in because my glasses broke and the assistant there christine was very helping with making an appointment and being within my budget with picking frames. also big thanks to Dr. Ryan Lee with personally helping me put in contacts. i tried two other places for over an hour trying, with his help i was able too within 20 minutes. i've been wanting contacts for YEARS! absolute amazing customer service

Not satisfied at all. Took my dad, who needed a first time exam. Everything was fine first visit, they told him he needed glasses so he ordered a pair (not cheap, in fact the nicest brand they have and quite expensive). Only for them to arrive with a missing nose pad. Whatever, they have no control over this. What they do have control over is how their staff treats people and Dr. Le was very unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. My dad felt as if the prescription was not correct for him as he wasn't seeing fine yet. I scheduled a recheck appointment as one would think they would re do the eye exam. Dr.Le made it seem like the biggest chore in the world (its literally his job) and said he just wasnt wearing them right. Wether this was the case, what Dr denies an exam? Mind you we are paying out of pocket. DR. LE does not listen to patients whatsoever. We will be taking our business elsewhere with a Dr who actually listens.

Took my 5 year old for an appointment she needed for school, my appointment was for 4:20 and we were seen at 4:35- we didn't mind having to wait, as it's expected like drs visits. When we got into the room my 5 year old was scared and nervous, because it was her first time seeing an eye dr. The dr had absolutely no patience for little kids, was so extremely rude and made her feel even worse. Then we were told we had to leave after 5 min. Because they had another appointment. We were told appointments were in 20 min. Introverts and the next one was at 4:40, even though we weren't seen until 4:35. It's like they wanted us to leave so they could be back on track. When I asked if we could calm her down, and be seen after the 4:40 appointment we were told no. There was an appointment at 4:40, 5, 5:20, 5:40 and the dr leaves at 6. It was all so incredibly unprofessional, they were extremely rude and completely ruined my daughter's first experience with an eye dr. because instead of helping me explain there was nothing to be afraid of, he judgmentally gave her dirty looks and rushed us to get out.

So I was looking for a new optometrist for the last 5 years and finally I can say, I found mine! Honestly, this vision center deserves ALL the praise!! I spoke with Joey over the phone who was so kind and Tyler helped me on my appointment date. He was helpful and so sweet. I had heard great things about this vision center and honestly, couldn't agree more!! Dr. Le was so helpful and thoroughly explained the exam to me. He answered all of my questions and I absolutely LOVE my prescription now. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional! I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a new optometrist or even a routine check up because you will not be disappointed.
