We've been going here for about six years, but this year was a mess.
They charged us around $680 at the start of the year. Then the doctor retired halfway through, and they moved everyone to a new doctor. Fine. But when we showed up for our appointment, they said it had been "rescheduled" and that they "called us." They didn't. We checked everything no call, no message. The 2 Karen ladies at the front couldn't bring it up after 10 minutes of searching. She ended up just covering it by going "STOP YELLING AT US IF YOU KEEP YELLING I WILL KICK YOU OUT"
They wouldn't let us see the new doctor, and they also refused to give us even a partial refund for the visit we never got.
Really disappointed after being loyal for so long, and even referring mutliole people. We're not coming back. 2 useless Karen's at the front lying. This place sucks

I have taken my child to this office to see Dr. Gerowitz for about 6 years and it was in general a smooth sailing. Unfortunately, it's no longer the case just a few months after Dr. Gerowitz's retirement. Today (12/3/2025) I took my child to his scheduled mid-year appointment, but the front desk and the manager told us our appointment had been cancelled, and they "tried" to reach me "multiple times" to reschedule. What a big fat lie! When I confronted them for evidence, they couldn't provide any. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago on 11/19/2025, they emailed me a reminder about the appointment (email attached). When I asked for cancellation of the 12-month service we paid 6-month ago, and a partial refund on the cancelled appointment, the manager told us we were free to cancel, but there's nothing for them to refund. Really disappointed and angry with this type of service and attitude.
