The doctor was amazingly nice. And caring. A girl that helped me pick out glasses what is phenomenal. Doesn't take much to make somebody's day. Thank you Walmart optical.

I set an appointment making it vitally clear that I needed emergency glasses as my last pair is broken. We set the appointment, saw the doctor, and ordered the glasses. Today I called, one week later, for any information on when my glasses would arrive (I've worn glasses since 1989 and they've never taken longer than 2 weeks) and was informed it can take 4 to 6 weeks and they do not have the ability to track orders. None of this information was provided verbally or in writing prior to t his moment. I now have wasted vision benefits on a horribly unprofessional office with terrible customer service, communication, and order management all while still wearing very broken glasses. I will be filing a similar complaint with the IDFPR and BB. This is pathetic.

Doctor and his staff are fantastic. They have been nothing short of amazing with my daughter for many years. He definitely understands how to make kids feel comfortable and treat them. They do not take my employer EyeMed vision insurance, but I take her there anyway. That's how good he is.

if I could give zero stars I would. The one worker Tabitha was rude and wouldn't even let me talk to the doctor about getting a trial pair of contacts until my order of contacts came in next week, even though I got my prescription done only a few months ago here and expressed I needed to be able to see to drive to and from work and work my job which is very dangerous especially when not able to see clearly. She quickly shut me up making up an excuse on why she couldn't even though previous years at other walmarts I was never given an issue. You get money from our insurance companies and our of our pockets but can't give ONE trial pair of contacts to somebody who really needs them to see until her actually contacts come in?

I highly recommend Dr. Haider and the Pekin Walmart staff! Dr. Haider is patient, kind, and so helpful! He listens to concerns and is very professional. He makes sure the health of your eye is good, and his recommendations are on point. He does not recommended things that are not needed. Dr. Haider is great with adults and children. He has a great personality that lets his patients know he cares about them and their experience!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Julene educated me on the different lens types, the pros and cons of each, and helped me pick our frames. She is amazing at her job and cares about how people feel and look in their eye-ware! I can't thank everyone enough for taking such good care of my and my family!

I have been going to WAL-MART vision in Pekin for many years. I want to say how wonderful Dr H is and how great Tina is that works there! The Doctor is so kind and sensitive to your needs. Tina is absolutely incredible with keeping up with your orders and making sure everything is correct and I am happy. Bless that group there. They are all wonderful employees!
