Absolutely lazy staff. They sit there and NEVER greet people who walk in. Not even a little hello we will be right with you. I went there got my prescription waited a month and didnt get my glasses so I walked in to ask what the hold up was there was two people one old lady and another woman who was helpful but turned out there didnt even order my glasses. I been in their multiple times and each time rude lazy dont care about their customers time or business. My advice is to hire a few younger people who have manners. My 5th time there to pick up my glasses and got told to take a seat. Apparently you have to make a appointment to pick up your glasses or they just are RUDE

The Dr. is wonderful, super helpful and very thorough. He was also great with my kids.
But one of the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. It took her almost 2 hours to put in an order for 2 pairs of glasses. I gave her a lot of patience and grace but it was exhausting.... when I came back today to reschedule a couple of appointments for my family she asked when I would like to come in. I asked if she had anything available on a date in a few weeks. She started laughing hysterically and I was super confused. And she says "oh you're serious!!"
Um yes... then she says we're booking out until April. I'm like okay that's fine... but it was so unnecessary to laugh at me and make me feel stupid like I'm supposed to know their schedule.
Anyways, the only reason I didn't just say forget it and go somewhere else is because of the Dr.
I'm not sure but I believe the staff works for Walmart and is separate.

Incredibly rude staff. We called to get clarification on an insurance matter and were hung up on once. When we called back, the same rude person told us that we could always just go somewhere else. I should have listened to the other reviewers, the staff here is incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I really like this vision center. Doc is great! But the office staff set up is less than. I have been trying to make an appointment for the last 15 mins, the last 12 mins on hold because the person is with a customer. Last time I was there to pick up glasses we had to wait 30 mins because all staff where with customers. I don't know if they need more help in the office or maybe someone just to handle the phones, and reception area. Other than that great place.

We-me, my husband, and 4 children- have been coming here for our vision care for years. We wouldn't trust our eyes with anyone but Dr Dzik and the great friendly Ladies in the Vision Center. Seriously, I have been to other optometrists and the kindness and care we receive here just cannot compare. Dr Dzik takes time to listen to your concerns, really listen, gives advice to help you. I had some pain in one of my eyes, and could see a little bump. I called, went right in. Dr Dzik checked it out and found a little blister, from contact irritation/allergy. Prescribed eye drops I could afford and within a few days it was gone.
Also, the staff are really good at helping with picking out glasses. Like if they are too wide for your face, or the lenses are too small and would inhibit your range of vision, the arms of the glasses are not long enough,etc. I didn't even know that those were things too look for!
If you are looking for a new eye Dr, or are not sure if you are happy with yours, give these caring people a chance. I think you will be really pleased with what you find.
