Everyone was so nice! Before I even went to my first appointment the lady I spoke with on the phone, Dana, took care of finding out what needed to be done with the facility I had LASIK with so I didn't have to. Once there everyone was very nice from reception to the doctor. However, my technician was AMAZING! She was soooo good at her job and I hate that I can't remember her name! I'm am an employer as well and when I see an employee doing so amazing at their job it makes me happy! There was even down time with the computer during the intake questions and she didn't miss a beat. She pulled out her downtime paperwork and kept right on going. She let me know every step we were at, explained everything, thanked me for coming since it was my first visit, and wished me a happy wedding and honeymoon. She was really really great at her job! Would definitely recommend this office.
