5/5 -- Amazing Experience! I had an eye appointment today and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The front desk receptionist was absolutely top-tier -- super pleasant, welcoming, and on top of everything. The doctor was very professional, patient, and kind, which made the exam feel really comfortable. And the glasses specialist? A total hype woman! She made trying on frames fun, gave honest feedback, and helped me find styles I actually loved.

I love this Chitticks in Savoy IL. The staff is very courteous and helpful in helping me pick out the perfect glasses for my needs. The Doctor was excellent during my examination in sharing my overall vision needs. They gave me all my discounts my insurance offered and worked out a 4 month payment plan as well. They are very professional in everything. I highly recommend this store in Savoy for all your visions needs.
