Hi, Just wanted to say what a great doctor you are and what a great staff they have working there. I routinely have checkups with Brian. His eye care, diagnosis and prescribed recommendations have always been the best and on target. When I needed Eye surgery which out of his expertise, He recommended me the best surgeon for me with great results. The staff is exemplary, both Eileen and Crissy are very helpful and courteous. They are very welcoming and have always been accommodating and efficient when it comes to my hectic work schedule. These days it is very hard to find excellent competent physicians with an efficient staff, Just wanted to say Thanks to them for everything and Eye Look forward to Seeing them again!

I got referred by my doctor to this eye dr. I had a printed out referral from my doctor. Upon calling for an appointment, I was asked for an order number, an authorization from my health insurance before a appointment could be made. I had neither but asked if I could schedule an appointment and follow up with the other information. I have a severe eye infection. I was then told that there were no openings until the end of January anyway. At this point the conversation got confrontational. I admit I got testy but that was mainly because of the pain I was in. This woman on the phone was nasty and it caused me to become a little nasty myself. I guess the oath of do no harm does not apply to the staff After reading multiple reviews it shows that this woman Eileen is a menacing train wreck. Everything you say in your reply below is disingenuous. You talked about your office not having an appointment within my preferred window? You mean for an appointment for a severe eye infection before February of 2024? And why would Eileen need an order number for my referral and insurance authorization from me if there were no appointments before February anyway? Do you actually think that I'm going to wait till February when I have an eye infection? This was all a ruse by Eileen to dismiss me because I had the hutzpah to come back on her rude and offensive attitude. Eileen should not be in a position in the front of the office. She belongs back, way back, maybe back in the dumpster, figuratively of course. I called another eye doctor today and though they were booked they managed to squeeze me in tomorrow. You folks are disingenuous scumbags and Eileen is the leader of the pack

Honestly, I don't know where these negative reviews precipitate. But in addition to having a very comprehensive exam, Dr. Igoe and his staff are very outgoing! I don't know how he examines my eyes, because he has me laughing so hard, often to tears. He's very professional, more importantly direct and definitely goes the extra mile. Why just settle for an ophthalmologist, when you can get one with personality and character. I've been there for just under two year and never had bad experience.

It is very important to be welcoming,and 1st impressions are everything...The doctor is EXCELLENT..the Male employee was welcoming and had great customer service skills..BUT Eileen did not represent this office appropiately,she is not welcoming and is stand-offish...My mother had a follow up appointment and she thought this appointment was @5:50 as a worker from the office called to verify this appointment over the phone Apparently what mom heard,and what was written did not match. When Eileen came to the lock door she immediately accused my mom of being late,eventhough mom swears she heard 5:50 and it was 5:48...Eileen said in a very aggressive manner,"when you are going to be late,you need to call." When mom tried to exlain,Eileen only became more direspectful. She said she was going to check with the doctor,but there was no proff of that,because she appeared to only check the book to verify the appointment. My mom has heart problems and she left this interactions with Eileen in tears. I am familiar with office staff not representing the vision of their doctor and Eileen clearly does not represent this offices' innovative vision...i am very sadened by her lack of customer service,not once but twice.

I was recently recommended to Dr. Igoe for a problematic eye. When I arrived at his office I immediately felt better. The staff was friendly and they got me in to see the doctor right away. Not only is Dr Igoe professional, but he is friendly and funny too! I would highly recommend this eyecare group!!

The receptionist that helped me today was extremely rude and condescending. How can you have someone working in a clinic to assist patients with this type of behavior. I had never received such as horrible service as I did today. She was so rude please review her behavior and train her properly as she has no manners.
