Doctors are good! but the staff is rude. She rolled her eyes at me during the short interaction we had when I went to go pick up my contacts. Just so unnecessary and unprofessional

I think that Dr. M and his brother are both excellent optometrists. We have been going to REC while Dr. J still owned it. Dr. M will work with you until the prescription is right/glasses fit, etc. The office and equipment are dated but functional. Today was the first time I have had an office staff be rude and condescending, as well as the staff operating the equipment seeming timid and untrained. I can only imagine how hard it is to run a practice in todays environment. I hope the rudeness was a one-off.

This is a nice "Old school" eye care center, The people here are really nice and They have large selection of frames, they also have a clean restroom. Would definitely recommend

Really a great small town experience. Friendly staff. Great doctor who knows his stuff! He worked with me to try to get my sight as good as we could get it. Payed less than big organizations where you aren't a patient.....your just a number. I felt like a patient at Rochelle Eye care Center. I didn't feel pressured when I was choosing my glasses. When I picked my glasses up, they were setting up Chrismas decorations. It was fun to be around....and I could see better!! I'd be more than comfortable recommending this place to my family and friends!

Dr was good but staff was very rude!! I went for eye exam and ordered glasses. My second visit I went to pick up glasses but when I put them on everything was blurry. Did second exam, saw Dr and reordered new glasses. Third visit I went in to pick up glasses. When I put them on, everything blurry. They hadn't put in the new lens so I waited for them to replace them. I tried on the new ones and again everything was blurry. The woman told me I just had to get use to them and wear them for a couple weeks. I was uncomfortable wearing them, afraid I would fall when walking (as I already have difficulty with my legs walking) and I could not drive with them safely. The woman insisted I pay for them, I asked if I got a refund if they weren't any better after wearing them. She said they do not give refunds. I said I have no problem paying the $245 for the glasses but I wasn't paying for something I couldn't use. She kept yelling you signed a contract!!! Again I said I have no problem paying for them, but not if I can't wear them with blurry vision. She slammed the door on me and said I will send you a bill!! I still don't have glasses but did receive the bill. My friend said the same thing happened to him. He can't see with their glasses along with 5 other people I've talked to. Very unhappy with them and their service.

The doctor is great!! But the recepcionist has an attitude of the million devils.

After a very RUDE meeting with the staff I went to pick up my glasses. They kept insisting they had already given me the glasses. After going back and forth about not having them, they finally found them in the back. I had to pay $285 for glasses that I couldn't see. I asked if they would correct and was told I would have to pay again for glasses .pay again when they never had gave me a pair I could see. VERY RUDE!!! I went to Pearle Vision and got glasses that I could see. Pearls Vision checked the glasses that I had received and paid for from Rochelle Eye Care and was told they were NOT the correct prescription.!!! Surprise

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The staff is kind, compassionate, patient and accommodating. Dr. Ross was extremely Thorough, explaining everything about the eye exam & answered all our questions. Staff went over all our purchasing options to make sure we got what we needed at the most affordable price. My husband & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rochelle Eye Care Center!!
