They charged me of a retinal screening for my son's exam. I was not aware of ahead of time. They said I consented when they texted me-the text they send dos not require a reply and it does not state "retinal screening" in the text. They stated it was mandatory-it is not. I encourage anyone this happened to to report them to the Illinois attorney general and file a complaint. I'm sure it's done to many people.

Dr. Jalota was personable and did a good job of explaining my results. They have a new machine which views your retina without having to have your eyes dilated, which was very nice. Timothy was helpful and on a return visit Arianna did an excellent job of helping decide what options I wanted with my new glasses. And I have up to 90 days to return my new glasses if they aren't working out for me.

Best eye care experience ever. Dr. Jasmine Lopez (Optometrist), Shelby Pratt (Practice Manager) and Angel Norman (Assistant Manager) guided me through the tests, consultation, frames selection and the purchasing process with professionalism and ease.
At the time of review, the test equipment was less than a week old; far more modern, precise and easier for the patient to navigate. The air blast to the eye test has been eliminated and replaced with a simple scan.
Dr. Lopez was very precise throughout the consultation, easy to understand and can dilate your eyes without pain. She guided the lens selection process to where I could see things that I haven't seen in a very long time. Amazing work.
She was also very informative, knowledgeable and professional throughout. It goes without saying she has earned my complete trust on the first visit.
This location is a very capable office with excellent staff and I will return...highly recommend everyone listed in the review.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! I went in for my appointment and they immediately welcomed me and told me where to go and the doctor listened to all of my concerns and was honest with me about my vision and made it to where I could understand what's going on instead of just saying "you need glasses here's your prescription." And don't get me started about the girls up front, they were so nice and easy to talk to! And they helped me while looking for my frames and were honestly telling me if something looked good on me. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. This was the best experience I've ever had at the eye doctor!
