Worst experience ever! They are incredibly rude and have no interest in helping people who need care. They should be ashamed of themselves! I've never experienced a clinic with such lack of empathy and unwillingness to help someone with an EMERGENT situation, at risk of going blind, in which health insurance was covered. Absolutely disgusting. Mercy was willing to get us in immediately with no questions asked. Thank god they understand how to treat patients!

Gave this jerk $6,000 cash for my lenzes, so I'm an honest and excellent patient. While trimming rose bushes, something flew in to my eyeball and my eyeball was bleeding. He refused to see me on a Friday morning and told me to come in Monday. Go somewhere else!!!

had an appointment 15 min late never been late always wait 30 min or more before they call you back anyway they never sign or call us back in order when a lots of us sign in early we are schedule 5 min apart I know because we ask each when our appointment is then I'm back in the rooms over a hour before you leave the visit is about 2 hrs I had called the week before I was having problems with my eyes and was being schedule for surgery they still rescheduled me for Oct 16 no empathy at all very rude I was willing to wait to see the Dr but NO DR Richard is a good doctor but the help around him need some people skills training but maybe that the way he want them he work with a lots of seniors and they are treated with no respect over all

They say they accept new patients and say they accept Medicade but they don't. They just put you on a "list" and never call...

all they care about is how much money they can get from you - the care you get is no better than you can get else where
