What an amazing experience! The moment you walk in everyone greets you with kindness ! The doctor(s) as well do a wonderful job. Shoutout to Aleesha for helping me pick out glasses that fit my face and my personality. That woman needs a raise!

Sheila is the best!! We love her. So helpful and honest when u try on glasses and ask her opinion. The rest of the staff are pleasant.

We are a military family living far from a base, which means our insurance options for eye exams are extremely limited. After calling about 15 offices from our insurance list--and being told "no" every single time--I was feeling completely defeated. Then I called Family Optical Center, the very last place on our list... and everything changed. From the moment the woman answered the phone, I felt cared for. She was patient, kind, and went out of her way to triple-check our coverage. Not only were we finally approved, but she also managed to get all four of my kids scheduled the very next day, back-to-back. I can't even explain the relief. During the exams, the doctor was incredible--gentle, patient, and genuinely respectful with each of my kids. She made them feel comfortable and important, not rushed. And the front desk staff? The optical staff who help pick out glasses? They treat you like FAMILY. They make you feel like you're the only people in the building, and that kind of attention means everything when your kids are suddenly needing glasses and adjusting to something totally new. Family Optical Center doesn't just sell glasses... they change lives with kindness. Thank you, Family Optical, for helping our military family when no one else would, and for treating my kids with the compassion they deserved. I cannot recommend you enough.

What an amazing experience I had at this Eye Dr. I am always nervous for eye and dentist appointments, but all of those nerves melted away. The staff was so kind and patient. The Dr was very attentive and listened to me, which I really loved. A follow up appointment that I am looking forward to going to!

Staff is very nice and helpful and really try to know you. Always been good about spending time and not rushing you with all concerns, questions, fits, and styles. That goes for glasses and contacts they have corrected my issues with past glasses and contacts, after years of being unhappy, no other practice saw the issue. Our recent glasses came in a week EARLY!!! Been going for years now, as much as we miss our original doctor who was there and no longer is, the staff is always great to us and the new docs also. Happy to leave a review and refer them to friends and family.

Family Optical Centre is the best around. Phenomenal staff and great doctors. I have a very large head so finding glasses has been very difficult for me in the past. Shawn helped me pick out a pair that fits me perfectly. My wife loves them and even the UPS man complimented them.

Absolutely the best eye care ever. Dr. Greg is amazing and takes the time to make sure things are right. The staff is great, especially Shawn, who also always takes his time to make sure things are right. I have been to other places and have been very disappointed . I will always stay with Family Optical for all my optical needs.

Shawn and Shiela and the team are amazing!! They always are very welcoming and always go out thier way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of . Myself and family has been going to family optical for over a decade . And we're always welcomed like family
