Purchased glasses not even a full year ago Burberry frames to be exact and they are broken and I was told to pay 172 for new frames there should be a one year warranty automatically. Now I gotta drive 73 miles to and from work with taped up frames

Purchased my meta ray bans from them for the second year. Luxotica messed up and sent me the wrong PRESCRIPTION LENSES FOR THE SECOND TIME. I go in this place to pick up my glasses and the 2 people at the counter was stand offish. Then after having my glasses, i realize the lenses are incorrect, i take them back and they say i have to do everything online since that's where i bought them. Waste of gas and time. I talk online and lenscrafters customer service directs me to luxotica then luxotica tells me to go in store for lenses issues so I CALLED THE STORE & she tells me to come in to the store and process a online return then place an in store order and made sure to let me know that most of the time credit card transactions take like a week so it should take that long. I didn't pay with a credit card but she didn't care to ask that. After all this wasted time and gas, your specific store wont be getting my money. Customer service training should be ya store's top priority.

I came in for a routine contact lens check. This was my first time at this store and The "Manager" Roberto checked me in and said feel free to look around. Instead of directing me to the waiting area. When I asked where it was he said "I'd be more comfortable looking around' BC 2 elderly people were already sitting there and I would be uncomfortable. I was instantly offended and asked him why he would say that and that was weird and uncalled for. Mind you here is a picture of the sofa, which is huge and I'm a little/ normal sized person. So does Roberto have an issue with the Elderly? Or did Roberto just want to see me walk around?!

Ran me in circles for a week confirming appointments and making sure I wanted glasses, but they waited until 3 hours before my appointment to tell me I had to pay out of pocket and they wouldn't accept my insurance. Called my insurance provider and was told they should accept it. Seems like bad business and they were just trying to squeeze me out of a few more dollars.

I lost my glasses and ran out of contacts. I walked into the State St Rockford location on a Saturday morning begging for help. No appointment. I had a special situation as well. Everyone was very kind & accommodating. They did everything they could to get me into contact lenses right then and there! I'm fairly new to Lenscrafters and will continue due to their professionalism and kindness!

Just made my second trip to Lenscrafters in 4 day to get nose pads replaced on my 10 month old, $500 after insurance glasses. First the left one went missing and three days later the right one. I were them daily and it is not unusual to switch between the glasses and sunglasses 3 - 4 times a day. Same as I have for the last 20 plus years. Hands down the WORST pair of glasses I have owned in over 50 years of wearing glasses. To say am disappointed is an understatement.
