MILLER EYE CENTER

I am sitting in the room waiting as I write this. Appointment was at 8 am. They open at 8am. Waited 20 minutes to be taken back. Was told there was someone in front of me. How can that be? I have been in the room waiting for over 20 minutes for the Dr which by the way is a new Dr.....wasn't told that. Have no idea when I will get out of here! Some follow up appointment. Never again!! Ready to walk!

Doctor Millers office isn't what it used to be. There is always an issue to schedule an appointment they require a referral for every single issue otherwise THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU. My husband had an appointment and did not show bc he was dealing w a cornea laceration and was waiting on that referral to be seeing. They're quick to charge your NO SHOW FEE but when it comes to CARING FOR THE PATIENT this office is not it! it's really disappointing to feel they care MORE about the penalty fee then the patients. So please look somewhere else to be cared for cause this ppl don't care about YOU! avoid the stress and thank me later.

Do not come here, it's been more than three weeks since I ordered my glasses and the girl says she doesn't know when they're coming, she said she only works here

I have been waiting for two hours for my contact fitting appointment. I asked and they said they were short staffed. They could have called patients or gave notice. How is their time more important than my own? They did not care at all.

I would never recommend Dr. Miller for anything. I had a cataract on my right eye. Nothing on left but he said it would potentially be one, so he recommended both eyes be done. This was late February, fast forward, as of May I have fluid on both eyes, 3 months of antibiotics, appointments and still a wait and see. Even Dr. Goldberg wanted to do more testing which I can't afford due to the put of pocket cost of having both eyes done. Dr. Miller stated that he has not seen this since he dud surgery on his own father many years ago. He says it is rare, bs, I found out it is a common issue. Complications from surgery. He didn't even remember I was a diabetic. Seeing Dr. Goldberg gave me a different antibiotics which had sulfa in it, which I am allergic to. I called and ask for an alternative. Oh she said she did not have to give me one since I am moving and can follow up with a doctor then. It may be 6 months before I move. So in the meantime my left eye is so blurry, distorted vision that I can barley drive. Now I have to see another Doctor to see about getting this corrected and more money to pay out because of their gross negligence of not paying attention to my medical history of being a diabetic. And the lens he put in should not have been the same as my right eye because of astigmatism issue. This is long but please do your research first and pick another doctor.

Staff is great - the doctor not so much. 2 separate appointments I waited for over an hour for a relatively early morning appointment, he wasn't in the building. Spent a couple of thousand out of pocket for procedures recommended to help solve my meibomian gland problem - wasted. I was told I should be good to go for 3-4 years, I followed all directions correctly for after care - I had a whopping eye infection, on vacation no less, 3 months later for the same blasted problem that the 2 different procedures were supposed to prevent.

Shyster. Went there for a large floater, but he only operated on a smaller one and didn't tell me. When there was no improvement in the large one, he said he didn't see it until I pointed it out -- and then he said he wouldn't work on it because it would take too long. Also said my cataracts were ready for surgery every time I was there, even though the only problem I'm having is with the floater... and my eyesight has actually improved from some weight loss, lately. His staff was good, but I would go to another ophthalmologist who was honest.

I went there for a referral, from another Dr part of uw Swedes. I sat there for over two hours without seeing the eye doctor before I got up and left. Then they asked if I would like to reschedule. I replied not a chance in hell
