Man I don't know what anyone else is talking about, this place is hands down the best eye care place around. They always have me in and out and treat me with the upmost respect. Tommy, Dana, Lupe, Erika, Lynette and the Dr's are awesome!

Made an appointment in September 2021 to be told they werent having availabilities until December 23rd. On december 21 I was given a call stating they would be closed that day but could reschedule the appointment for the 22nd at the edgebrook location. So I went. When I arrived they stated they had no appointment on file, that E State St location had "dumped" allot of their appointments on them and that we could not be seen. Edgebrook location and Crusader on E State st (building where they are located) had not been given an advance noticed that they would close from the 22th to the 27th of December. I left 2 voice-mail in between those days. And no phone call in return. Today 1/3/22 I gave them a call and the answering machine answered, left another voice mail. I finally got a call back 3 hours later and what was said was "I'm sorry but we can not reschedule any appointments at this time our system is down. I would call back in a couple days". What kind of establishment is this? S I would rate 0 stars if possible. And the thing is. They never seem to be as busy as the edgebrook location
