I absolutely will recommend this place hands down. The staff are all very friendly, I was not waiting in the waiting room long. Everyone was very informative and made sure I understood any questions I had. The doctor himself was very patient with me and took the time to make sure I got the best prescription possible. Dr. Tijana Markovic was awesome. My daughter is 6 and was super nervous and not cooperating well. She was so patient and warm with her. In the end she left smiling and we completed the exam and got all of our questions answered. What a great experience!!

Had a great experience today with Dr Tiana Markovic. The past two years I've been having some vision changes that my previous eye Dr told me was a slight astigmatism that probably wasn't worth correcting. I've been struggling through driving at night and having tension headaches because my vision was just a bit off. Dr Markovic was very thorough and ordered two different prescriptions that I could trial before ordering to be sure that we got it just right. Everyone at the office was polite and helpful. I am glad that I had a change in vision insurance and chose to go here because I finally can see clearly again. Thank you.

I was running late for an appointment I called ahead, and walked in @4:32 the front desk receptionist was rude and condescending. stating your appointment was at 4:15pm, as I was told there is a 15 minute grace period. She could have just said sorry unfortunately the dr has left displaying some kind of customer service. but 2 additional mins late doesn't excuse the rudeness.

Having an emergency with my eyesight Dr. Shaw went above and beyond to immediately schedule me for an exam and evaluation. I was able to have much needed corrective lenses in short order. Dr. Shaw having other concerns directed me to have medical tests taken to see if there was an underlying condition causing eyesight issues.

Horrible customer service. My daughter had an appointment at 3 today , the receptionist told the tech Ana that took a lady's appointment at 3:15 that the lady was first and I have been sitting here for 30 plus minutes. The tech Ana is very rude , will not be back.

I had metal stuck in my eye. The emergency room would not get it out they said I had to go to a specialist. I tried these guys that's where I get my glasses. I've always had good experiences with them. They didn't have a slot to give me for an appointment but they squeezed me in anyway. Dr. Shah got the metal and rust out of my eye. As far as I'm concerned they saved my life. They are the best!
