I was in need of an eye exam/updated prescription and my usual eye doctor was booked up for a few weeks, I received a text from Stanton stating that they had free no purchase necessary eye exams open the following day, so I decided to try it out. To my surprise there was no doctor on site, it's basically telemedicine. The woman who conducted my assessments was very professional and friendly... And that is where the positives end. I received a prescription vastly different than the prescription I have had my entire life... That can be normal though right, as we age our eyes can get worse. Here's the thing, based on the prescription they gave me, my eyes miraculously for better with age and I have NO prescription in one eye and a mere +.25 in the other.. I politely stated that I would feel more comfortable getting a second opinion before I put this new miraculous prescription into a pair of glasses. This clearly upset the older lady that works at the front desk, and she proceeded to be extremely passive aggressive and basically hijacked my appointment from the other lady. I found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional. So, the pros are that they offer same day affordable appointments, they accept insurance, they run decent promotions (although don't give them your phone number or they will call and text you pretty much daily with these promotions), and most of the staff was very kind and professional. Here are the cons, they have no actual doctor in the building, their prescriptions are not accurate, and whatever lady they have at the front desk is extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional. Don't waste your time here, spend a little more and go to an experienced local doctor. Overall I do NOT recommend this place!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this eye care center and couldn't be happier with the service!From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I mentioned to Nadia that this was my first time ever getting contacts, and she immediately took the time to walk me through the entire eye exam process with patience and clarity. She provided tons of helpful information, answered all my questions, and even did a hands-on contact lens training session with me, sharing useful tips and tricks that made me feel confident. When it came to picking frames, I was super indecisive, but Angel was amazing--he stayed with me, offered honest advice, and helped narrow down options until we found the perfect pair that suited my face and style.The prices were very reasonable, and the overall service was top-notch. I walked out wearing my new contacts and was blown away--it's like having 4K vision! The difference was immediate, especially while driving.I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing eye care. Thank you, Nadia, Angel--you've gained a lifelong customer!

Angel and Nadia helped my husband and I with his exam, contacts and glasses. I had them running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They made sure to get me a great deal and that we were leaving with what we wanted. Truly grateful and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you guys!! Oh and Go Bears!!

my experience was nothing short of excellent. the whole process was fast and easy,everything was explained to me in a way I could understand, and angel was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make the right decisions. the price for everything was very reasonable, but the turnaround time was outstanding. I was in and out, new glasses in hand in less than 90 minutes. hands down the fastest and most streamlined experience I have ever had getting glasses. I will definitely be coming back for anything related to my eyes

Dr Angel, Nadia and Angel provided me with outstanding customer service. I was a walk in customer right away Nadia greeted me, asked if I was there for an appointment. After I told her I didn't have an appointment she got me all set for my eye exam. I was told about their BOGO options and was able to look at all the different eye glasses. Angel sat down with me to explain my eye exam results. He helped me build the perfect pair of glass that would be best for me. I highly recommend Stanton Optical if your looking for a great place to assist you with your eye care needs.

Stanton has switched to mandatory Telehealth- there are no doctors anymore. Instead its overseas technicians who use a virtually rigged lens machine. I was not made aware of this and didnt see any mention of it when booking on the website. The machine lenses were dirty and kept jamming when the online tech would make changes. The associates were alright enough, though gave attitude and made faces at each other when I decided not to purchase any frames, like I was a waste of their time. I have been going to Stanton for 10 years but Im never going back. Such a shame, really.

As a walk in wasn't expecting too much. But right away Angel helped answer all my questions. And when I said the worst part was picking frames, he stayed right there and got me down to the right frames. Thank you!

Told me to come in, when their machine is down. Mind you the guy who the phone should've told me the machine was out befroe heading there with messed up eye vision. "Our machines been down for 2 hours" that guy should've told me not to go in. Never coming back to this joke.
