Pam was awesome!. She took the time to go through all the testing. Made sure it was all accurate. She was personable. She helped me make a decision on the glasses. It was affordable and I have already recommended several other people to go to visionworks and talk to Pam cuz she is very knowledgeable and has experience and there wasn't a lot of delays waiting around. Assistant doctor or optometrist did a great job at making sure she took her time to get my eyes adjusted correctly for my glasses. She was willing to go back and forth if I needed it. She as well did a great job. I was really impressed with my experience there.

Great Staff at this location, they truly make it an amazing experience!
The wait to see the Telehealth Dr was not fun as we waited between 20-30 minutes each for myself and husband. That did make the visit that much longer, but the staff did a great job in chatting to us in that time.
I just dont think it is a good use of time, nor can see that being a valuable use of resources because there is not on-site Doctor, or a lack of Telehealth Doctors.
But that aside we will keep using this location because the staff are so friendly.
