I paid for a contact lens eye exam and was sent home with trial lenses. When I returned to place the order the staff asked which lenses did I have? I had no idea which lens manufacturer they were and there were no notes in my chart. Consequently, I had to make another appointment to return to the same optometrist to identify which trial lenses I had and to trial again to make sure. The lenses were not in stock and I waited 2 weeks for another set of trial lenses. I was not contacted when the trial lenses arrived and went into the store to inquire. I trialed the second pair of lenses and went in to finally order and they asked for my prescription. I was never given a prescription so they had to contact the optometrist for my prescription. I ordered the lenses and told Danielle, the vision Mgr, that this has been a horrible experience and I wouldn't be returning and her response was, "You don't have to. That's fine with me"! What kind of customer service is that?? I have been coming to this vision center for years but this visit is absolutely my last! Horrible customer service and poor physician processes

Had 1215 appointment arrived 1218 due to traffic delay from construction at light outside strip mall. Completed my forms by 1220. There was a white older couple there who was still completing forms. The doctor goes up to the tech points at us all then grabs the couple and escort them into the room. As I overhear them say they have a 1230 appointment. If you haven't gathered this yet. I am black and I can't help but think that them skipping past my appointment time wasn't racially motivated. Tech completes their prescreen in one room as the doctor asks me if I've been there. I told her Walmart vision yes but not this facility for my most recent eye exam. When the couple is finished with tech she personally escorts them into the exam room. She spent 30 minutes with them. Before she exited the room went to techs and went back in. Another 10 minutes pass and I finally get up and leave. If I were you I would not support them. This should have never happened and I should not be forced wait or to speak up for unfair situations.

Terrible experience today. Yessica, the person helping me, clearly didn't know what she was doing. I came in with broken frames, and she first told me I could buy new ones but would have to replace the lenses myself, which was fair enough considering that she first said that my prescription expired and Walmarts policy is that in order to make this lens exchange, the prescription can't be expired. Then she checked my account and said that my prescription doesn't expire until May 2025 and said she is allowed to and would exchange my lenses. Based on that, I decided to buy the same exact frames. But after checking my account for the second time, she told me my prescription had actually expired after I bought the frames. When I offered to pay for the lens exchange, she refused and said they couldn't do it. Frustrated, I went to Vision Works, where they replaced the lenses for free in less than a minute. The staff there even laughed when I asked if it was something I should be paying for. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere like Vision Works--they actually know what they're doing.

I just had a very pleasant experience! The doctor, Saunders, was very thorough during the exam and knowledgeable. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure my vision needs were taken care of. Also, Kat was very friendly and patient with me and made sure I was happy with my choice of frames. She was also very professional!

I had a great experience unlike the other reviews. I thought the Dr was really nice. She took her time with me and was very knowledgeable. She gave my kids a puzzle to work on and was super nice to them. One of the two girls that works in the front of the vision center is kind of rude but it was no big deal. I would recommend this place.

Sofia was very helpful , kind and especially nice. I was there picking out glasses for about an hour and 45 min. She was so patient with me and helped me make all my decisions about what looked best all the way to insurance matters. If you want a good experience picking out frames ask for Sofia.

6 years ago when I first became a customer at this location I had a great experience. However, recently I stopped in to make an appointment for my yearly eye exam and I was told that "this location no longer has a Dr. The Dr quit. Please pray for us." I was taken aback by that response and I thought it was quite unprofessional. A month later I stopped into the same location to see if I could at least order replacement contacts there. The same girl that I ran into a month earlier was there and was quite rude. I said, excuse me miss I was wondering if I could order replacement contacts." She walked past me with an annoyed roll of the eyes look as if I was bothering her. Today I notice alot of stores do not properly train their employees about proper customer service. I will not be giving them my business needless to say.
