I am absolutely obsessed with my new glasses. I purchased the coach women brown glasses and I am in love. Eleni was such a sweetheart and helped my book my appointment right away and also help me choose which one looked great for my face. The doctor was also very kind and helpful. Definitely great experience and looking forward to bring my husband for his checkup.

They cannot service customers in anyway. They don't answer the phone or return messages. When in the actual store, they struggle to answer any questions and cover up their lack of knowledge with rude behavior. How in the world Target would let them tarnish their reputation is beyond me.
The doctor struggled during my eye exam and in the end I had to have it redone by an actual eye doctor. Avoid, not worth all of the hassle.

They screwed up my new eyglasses. The lenses were sticking out from the top. When i went back to show them. They said the frame i selected is not right. It's their frame but they did not want to accept their mistake. I ended up choosing a frame I did not like. Never going back to this place again. I was without eye glasses for 3 months.one of the employee was very rude. I selected A/X frame but came with target case. So I don't even know if the frames are real or fake.

The WORST customer service. The front NEVER answers calls and even after leaving voicemails do NOT anticipate a call back because it will not happen. I called for days on end to order contacts, knowing that my prescription was expiring soon. Finally, after leaving multiple messages and calling at different hours of the day, I left work early to go into the store. I was told I could not order contacts because my prescription expires one day BEFORE the actual date noted. When I asked to speak with someone because I was frustrated with the lack of communication and inability to order contacts within the timeframe I was told there was nothing they could do and I should have come in sooner. I will NOT be returning.
