I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service we received from Maria. She truly went above and beyond to help my daughter with her contacts and glasses. When we first visited, the store did not have any trial contact lenses available. Instead of leaving us without options, Maria told me she would do her best to find a substitute and promised to call me back. Not only did she keep her word, but she called back as soon as she found something that would work for my daughter. On top of that, Maria was so kind and patient. She took the time to fix my daughter's glasses and made sure they fit comfortably. Maria's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to helping others really stood out. It's rare to find someone who follows through on their promises and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. We are very grateful for her help and would highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance. Thank you, Maria, for making this experience so positive!

I had a very disappointing experience. I went to this office to get my vision prescription, but the employee did not provide a proper or professional document. Instead, she wrote unclear numbers on a random piece of paper without any explanation or standard prescription format. When I took it to another optical location, they could not understand it at all because it was not written correctly or in proper English. This felt unprofessional and rushed, as if they just wanted to get rid of me. I hope they improve their service and provide clear, official prescriptions to patients

I had the best experience at this location Alysia is so sweet and helpful. She helped me pick out the cutest frames. Taisha is so sweet had the best customer service. Jonathan is an amazing manager and made sure I received the best service! Will be coming back to this location only!!!

Alma has no business being in customer service. I will only speak about myself although I heard two other individuals while I was in the store be treated with Poor human conversation skills. I walked in for my appointment exactly 5 minutes early and instead of greeting me with a Good morning, We're so happy you're here. I got a "well you're here early..." I even asked if I needed to leave the store and come back in five minutes because I was so taken aback by the comment. I spent almost 2 hours in the store total from my exam to purchasing $600 worth of product and the entire time I could hear her simply sitting in a chair gossiping with others. I truly hope that she has nothing to do with the management of the store and that she will be gone based on the other negative reviews that I see here and on other review outlets. Someone needs to know that she is in the wrong place.

Trash on the floor behind the desk, rude staff talking to customers very loudly and bluntly, doesn't take VSP but don't really tell ya that they are out of network and don't have access to VSP dependent records, after 40 mins of waiting, another patient called in, we finally bailed. A shame as apparently the optometrist is nice. If this is America's best, we are in big big trouble.
