I have been dealing with an eye problem for 7 months with a different group and more times than not, I have not felt comfortable with my care. Dr. Bruce and later Dr. Holland have both taken the time to not just care for my medical concern, but also with how it is affecting me. They quickly provided care and a referral to seek help with my advanced condition. I also appreciated the care and work of Natalie in getting my referral appointment scheduled and quickly caring for my needs.

I've been going to Dr. Helgen for the past few years and she is truly the best. She is pretty sharp and takes the time to explain any issues I may have - present or in the future. I have so much faith in her each time I go in there. Other eye doctors I've seen over the years were rude, spent their time chit chatting and the results were always a hit or miss. This doctor is very professional and at the top of her game. During my last visit to VCA on N Grand, my husband and I were helped by a lovely young lady named Mika. She was phenomenal. Such a wise, helpful, sweet, professional lady. She explained so much to us that we've never heard before. She even adjusted a pair of my husband's older glasses that he'd been complaining about in addition to helping him find a new pair. She was so knowledgeable and I felt she went out of her way to get the right glasses suitable for each of our different needs. When I returned today to pick our glasses up, Mika went into great detail about the warranty on our glasses. I hope both these ladies continue to work here for many years to come or they better let me know where they plan to go, lol. They are an asset to this business for sure!

Christy, Dr Blomberg, and Zoey were very nice, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of and happy with the exam and picking out glasses. I felt valued and appreciated. previously was with Dr Rabe and nervous to see another doctor but Dr Lupton is so thorough and amazing at what she does. I also had the best experience (and laughs) with Zoey who helped me with frames. I will never go anywhere else for my eye health and glasses :)

When I called for the appointment they were able to schedule me within a week, which I think is really great. I decided to get new glasses and Mika, the optician, was incredibly helpful. She gave her honest feedback on the way the glasses looked on. She even saved me money by making a recommendation on my regular glasses of just replacing the lenses and getting new sunglasses. I would highly recommend this business if you are in need of eye care/glasses.

I am very pleased with Dr. LUPTON she is amazing and a bit spicy. That means fun to me. She got right to the point, told me what was wrong And what I needed to do to try and get them to go away. She was so concerned she worked me in. My symptoms got worse so she worked me in again the next day. I liked her so much. I made her my primary Eye doctor.

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone was friendly and very helpful. I couldn't ask for better help, from the gentleman that did all of my eye testing to the Optometrist, who was very thorough explaining everything that was happening and what I needed and didn't need at this time. Ami who helped me pick out my glasses and fit them was great and a very good representative of your company

Very quickly did the testing prior to appointment. New doctor she was very friendly and informative. Gave me some things to consider until our next visit. Staff all are very friendly and helpful
