Absolutely the worst service I have had trying to order contacts and glasses! Lacy was extremely rude and tried to argue with me over pricing, which was written down from a prior employee. I would not recommend!

Travel for work and ruined my glasses, set appointment for only day I was local and got caught behind harvest traffic and was going to be late by 15 min. Called and was told they have 10 min policy so I would have to reschedule. These policies are one sided and bad business. So now you lose that revenue as well as a customer. I understand the value of time and would gladly have paid extra for running behind as long as they discount me if they are behind.

While my actual follow-up exam and laser treatment took only about 15 minutes, my wait time was 45 minutes. Dr. Ahmad was once again wonderful - very thorough and great to deal with. Of the eye techs I have dealt with, Cindy Simmons is by far the best. Overall, my experiences have been very, very good!

Since I was willing to drive to another town, the store I originally called got me an appointment about 30 miles away for the very next day. After signing in, I was immediately taken back to begin my exam. Every staff member was so polite and helpful. I've had good experiences before, however this tops them all.

I had a small piece of metal in my eye. Dr Lacey Walk and staff got me in quickly and within 30 - 40 minutes I was in and out of the office. Dr Lacey carefully removed the small fragment, cleaned-up the cornea and in 3 days I was back to normal. Thanks for the help!

I arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately taken back for the start of the vision test. When the initial part was finished, I immediately saw the doctor for the rest of the test. The people were friendly, helpful, efficient, professional. The facilities were clean, well cared for and attractive.

My examination was rushed. I was never educated about my need for bifocals due to my age and the resulting presbyopia. Instead I was pushed through (entire exam took less than 15 minutes) and then herded around to hurry up and purchase some glasses. The staff were so pushy that I left without a frame or lenses. I went down the street and received MUCH better service from caring, compassionate practitioners.
