Lovely eye clinic with phenomenal provider and staff! Very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thorough and prompt. Pleasant experience for both myself and two children. Look forward to using their clinic for our future family eye care versus any Springfield clinic. Absolutely worth the drive.

Doctor Reid is amazing! I have been to this location for multiple years spending average $450 each year, I have never had a bad experience until this year. I called on a Monday trying to make an appointment to get new glasses using my existing script, I was told I didn't need to set up an appointment I explained I had to have this purchase done BEFORE Friday, so I would prefer to set up an appointment, After multiple times being told I didn't need an appointment and being very clear I had to have this complete before Friday and being told it would not be an issue and Jessica would be there I come in Wednesday and she wasn't there. Long story short I made my selection and was reassured that it would be taken care of before Friday. I received the call to finish my transaction ON Friday at that point my flex card expired I was explaining to Jessica that it wouldn't do any good to try to run my card again and she cut me off and started speaking to me with an attitude and when I told her I didn't appreciate the way she was speaking to me and I wanted to speak to her supervisor she hung up on me. I did call and talk to Dr Reid who apologized FOR her and made sure my purchase $800+ was completed. When I came to pick up my glasses Jessica was professional during THAT interaction, however she did not acknowledge or apologize for her lack of professionalism over the phone I found this very disappointing and ultimately a bad representation of an amazing business. I was not happy with her customer service skills and very disappointed in the way it reflects on the business. This experience definitely makes me consider finding a different place to conduct my business in the future.

Friendly, efficient staff. I appreciate doctor Cragg's expertise. Great experience all the way around!

2nd Edit: One year and five months since my daughter had her exam and ordered glasses with zero communication from this practice. She now needs a new prescription as she is nearly blind. My reply to the business' response to my original review--1. Your office has not returned a single phone call, and I have left several messages. 2. Nobody from your office has contacted me or my daughter to explain what's taking so long. Your personnel blame the computer, or say they have to look into it and call me back. Which never happens. 3. There is no reason to make a patient's insurance information public. Dangerously close to violating patient privacy laws. Edit: It's now been over a year and still no glasses. We've been told the computer systems were recently updated and the order got lost and/ or the insurance hasn't processed the order (I was told on 3 separate calls the order was resubmitted) - but the most recent excuse is that someone picked them up (nobody picked them up) and we'll have to reorder. At no charge. My next move is to contact the BBB. I'm not calling this office again. They should've resolved this issue months ago and called the patient to explain the delay. My daughter had an exam here in December 2021, and she ordered glasses. She's nearly blind. Almost 6 months later and we are still waiting for her glasses. We've called and stopped by several times but nobody can explain what's going on and/or when the glasses should be in.
