Okay, so changed my horrible rating as anyone should regarding my experience with Optical Extravaganza. I found out that in fact my very expensive Vera Bradley designer frames were not broken, but for some reason had some kind of clear sticky tape stuck to them, which was not removed before they fitted me. However, l still do believe my glasses were lost, because it literally took months, possibly 4, to get them back, and the price of the lenses was exceedingly high. So l changed my rating to 3 stars, but l do not plan to ever go back there for Optometry care.

Horrible customer service! Shouldn't even be 1 star.
I called to ask simple questions about records that were supposed to be transfered over with my eye doctor before he retired. Instead of taking the time to do more than a 2 minute look, the guy wouldn't let me speak, spoke over me and continued to try rushing me off the phone. If I was considering going there, this experience has changed that 100%!
