We've have been using West Frankfort Complete Family Eyecare for several years now for our whole family. The staff is phenomenal! They are very friendly, considerate and down to earth. We had a small scare with different size pupils for our youngest and the time they took with us to ease my mind was something you will not find everywhere. The ophthalmologist is wonderful with kids, particularly children on the spectrum in our case!

I wasnt pleased with Dr. Myers. She gave me the wrong eye prescription. Even after she read the prescription on my old glasses and she had to redo the exam, she was confident with her results. I however went to a more reputable eye doctor and was given the correct prescription. She cut the astigmatism power down in my eye and claimed that "people get used to over correction". She was polite but unprofessional in her abilities. I now have a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. Also if your a medicaid recipient the selection of glasses will just disappoint you, that probably isnt dr. Myers fault but just save yourself

DO NOT go to Complete Family Eyecare in West Frankfurt! I spent $275 on a pair of glasses I needed, and the COMPLETELY screwed my order upmy order then found ones to fix it that are free with my insurances co pay. What about all the money I spent on the lenses??? Absolutely HORRIBLE service and didn't really seem to concerned about making it right. Worst experience I've had in a long time. Don't make the same mistake I did by going there....

When coming to a decision about eye exams and where to turn Facebook helped me make that decision upon seeing Complete Family eye cares Advertisement. Upon calling I went with the West Frankfort location because of my insurance and that led me to three very helpful ladies. The receptionist greeted me with a smile on her face leading me to meet Melody and Chastity. Not only were they friendly, helpful and greeted me with a smile on their face but also did a wonderful job in assisting and educating me on the eyeglasses and insurance when it came to selecting and narrowing down what my insurance would cover. Dr. Teresa Myers was also very welcoming and friendly as well, and did great with my exam! Very professional office and group of people!

I love going her so much that I've moved my whole family to their care. My girl Chastity always takes great care of us and is so sweet to my babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my 5 year old son for his kindergarten eye exam here. I was very concerned that he would need a dilated exam and need glasses. Melody, the tech, was so patient with him and walked him though everthing, explaining everything as he went. As a nurse, I know kids can be difficult at the doctors office, but I was highly impressed! The optician, Cindy, and so helpful in finding a basically indestructible frame for my wild little boy. We will definitely be back!

Awesome and friendly. Treated me great. I had went to another place with concerns and they told me to come back in 6 months. My eye was bulging and they showed no concern. Complete Family Eye care shared my concerns and are sending me to St. Louis to a specialist to rule out things. They are very professional as well.
