Westmont Vision Center

It's been a few years since I was here last...And I must say, it's disappointing. They won't take my family of 4 all together. They canceled 2 of my kids appointments day of and I couldn't get another appointment for another 2 weeks. The wait to see the doctor is ridiculous. Our appointments were scheduled for 1 and 1:10pm. We had to wait 45 minutes for the 1st appointment and another 15, so an hour for the 2nd appointment. Although the doctor was very nice, he was the only doctor in for as many appointments as they had. And they only have Saturday appointments. It's very unprofessional. NEVER coming back here

There is no reason, this place should get any less than five stars. Tammy (the woman with a Southern Accent) and Sarah take care of their patients. I just saw Sarah, earlier today. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and understanding. Never mind the few, bad reviews. The place is older (as of today's standards), but it's very clean and well-kept. We never, ever had a hint of a problem here. This has been our eye doctor for 8 years.

I love Westmont vision. I have been coming here for years. The staff is always friendly. I never wait long and they are great with my kids. My teenager had a contacts emergency and the woman at the desk got his contacts ordered and gave us a trial pair to hold him over so he didn't have to feel dorky in his glasses.

This place has gone downhill tremendously been waiting for two weeks to get my contacts won't be going back here ever again.

Westmont Vision is very hard to get in the back parking lot to park it's very cramped1st off. 2nd walking in the building I felt very uncomfortable with the staff. The Carpet is deteriorated, unraveling, the selection of Glasses are very limited they only have one small section of Frames on the wall. The building is outdated. I turned around and walked out it was not worth the time

Great eye doctor and staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Nagy for over three years now and will not go anywhere else. He's very patient, answers all of your questions, and you can tell he's concerned about your vision issues. Doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need, is very honest and easy to talk to. Super clean and attractive office, and they follow all the new safety guidelines relating to this darn pandemic. Highly recommend Dr. Nagy.

Do not book here - completely unprofessional staff across the board. Had an appointment scheduled and they called me a few hours before to cancel based on 'doctor's orders' and couldn't fit me in until the following week....many better options elsewhere than to have to deal with business that can't be handled.
